Work Detail

・Create new drug discovery concepts based on original human biology to create therapeutic drugs in the fields of neurological diseases and cancer. ・Establishment of in vitro or in vivo pharmacological evaluation models that match the desired therapeutic hypothesis, and use these to evaluate the pharmacological efficacy of new drug candidate compounds.Identification and measurement system development of biomarkers that indicate drug action and efficacy in clinical trials, and measurement of clinical trial samples. ・Identification of new disease biomarkers and development of measurement methods using high-sensitivity measurement technology (mass spectrometry, immunoassay) ・Creation of new drug discovery concepts based on human biology and related biomarker search/analysis support using various NGS analysis/multi-omics analysis technologies ・Establishment of data analysis/visualization methods and hypothesis generation from analysis results, making full use of statistics, human genetics, pharmacology, medicine, mathematics, computer science, informatics, etc.
