Work Detail

・Create new drug discovery concepts based on original human biology to create therapeutic drugs in the fields of neurological diseases and cancer. ・Establishment of in vitro or in vivo pharmacological evaluation models that match the targeted therapeutic hypothesis, and development of biomarker identification and measurement systems that indicate drug action and efficacy in clinical trials for pharmacological evaluation of new drug candidate compounds using these models. and measurement of clinical trial samples ・Identification of novel disease biomarkers and development of measurement methods using high-sensitivity measurement technology (mass spectrometry, immunoassay) ・Creation of new drug discovery concepts based on human biology and related biomarker search/analysis support using various NGS analysis/multi-omics analysis technologies ・Establishment of data analysis/visualization methods and hypothesis generation from analysis results, making full use of statistics, human genetics, pharmacology, medicine, mathematics, computer science, informatics, etc.
