Work Detail

- Creation of original, human biology-based drug discovery concepts for the development of therapeutics for neurological disorders and oncology. - Establishment of in vitro or in vivo pharmacological evaluation models consistent with the targeted therapeutic hypothesis, and the use of these models in clinical trials to evaluate the efficacy and efficacy of new drug candidate compounds. Identification and measurement system development of biomarkers that indicate drug action and efficacy, and measurement of clinical trial samples. - Development of identification and measurement methods for new disease biomarkers using highly sensitive measurement technologies (mass spectrometry, immunoassays). - Creation of novel drug discovery concepts based on human biology and support for the discovery and analysis of related biomarkers using various NGS and multi-omics analysis technologies. - Establishment of data analysis and visualization methods, and hypothesis generation from analysis results, making full use of statistics, human genetics, pharmacology, medicine, mathematics, computer science, informatics, etc.
