Ideal Profile
(1) Those who are willing to independently carry out research on the research themes set by this organization. (2) At the time of recruitment, those who have completed a doctoral degree in engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, or medicine within 8 years. However, for new researchers of foreign nationality, those who have obtained a foreign license or qualification recognized by the Agency as equivalent to that of a Japanese physician, radiological technologist, or medical physicist within 8 years, and who have a Ph.D. Those who are recognized to have the same ability as degree holders are also eligible. If, after obtaining a doctoral degree, they took pre- and post-maternity leave as stipulated in the Labor Standards Act, childcare leave or nursing care leave as stipulated in the Childcare and Family Care Leave Act, the person will be employed within 8 years after obtaining their degree, etc. at the time of new employment, excluding that period. Also covered. (3) Applicants must have a track record of publishing at least one original paper as the lead author in an international journal (impact factor 3 or higher) in a field related to this recruitment. (4) Experience in organic/polymer chemical synthesis, compound property analysis, physical chemistry analysis, various measuring devices, biochemical experiments, cell experiments, and animal experiments. (5) Have a high level of English conversation ability and English essay writing ability. (6) Be able to communicate smoothly with researchers, technicians, and administrative staff both inside and outside the research institute and cooperate with them to perform duties smoothly. (8) Those who have a history of working as a postdoctoral researcher at this organization are not eligible to apply.

Remuneration is determined in the following categories based on annual salary system, experience, performance, etc. Monthly fee: 370,000 yen, 400,000 yen, 450,000 yen (social insurance premium and tax included)
