We are recruiting a Business Development Specialist at our company, which develops the cancer risk test "N-NOSE". Upon joining the company, you will start by handling technical inquiries and organizing scientific information. Once you become familiar with the work, you will be entrusted with the following tasks: [Main Responsibilities] ・Developing promotional plans based on the scientific background of cancer risk testing ・Organizing and articulating the scientific basis for marketing strategies ・Scientific review of materials and explanations for sales and agents ・Responding to initial scientific inquiries from sales and business departments ・Translating science into "business language" and communicating it internally and externally This is a business development position, not a research assistant role. You will have many opportunities to work directly under the CEO, allowing you to be involved in the business while maintaining a management perspective. [Recruitment Background] Due to business expansion, the sales and business departments are routinely receiving inquiries regarding the scientific background of cancer risk testing, as well as requests for scientific confirmation from customers and agents. Currently, all of these are escalated to the research department, and the challenge is that resources that should be focused on research and development are being diverted to business support. Therefore, we have decided to recruit new talent who can commit to business growth while understanding scientific knowledge.
