Work Detail
The core of AdvanceSoft's business is the development and use of software for solving partial differential equations of physical phenomena using computers. You will be working as a research and development and analysis engineer for simulation software in the field of computational science (nano, semiconductor, fluid/structure, nuclear safety, pre- and post-processing, AI, information systems). For the first two to three years, you will work under the direction of your supervisor to understand the entire process from order to delivery. After that, we expect you to take the lead in working with clients. ≪Examples of specific tasks≫ ◎ Research and development of simulation software in the field of computational science ◎ Analysis using simulation software in the field of computational science ◎ Nuclear safety analysis, probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) ◎ Product development related to the above, etc.
Ideal Profile
Approximately half of AdvanceSoft's engineers hold doctoral degrees (48 out of approximately 100 engineers are PhD holders), and we are actively recruiting PhD holders. We are looking for individuals who can accurately understand academic papers and the achievements of researchers, and who are passionate about software development. Upon joining the company, you will play a crucial role in deeply understanding the physical phenomena that clients require simulation for, translating them into mathematical formulas and models, and realizing them as actual software.
