Work Detail
AdvanceSoft's core business is the development and use of software for solving partial differential equations of physical phenomena using computers.
You will work as an engineer in the research, development, and analysis of simulation software in the computational science field (nano, semiconductor, fluid/structural, nuclear safety, pre-post, AI, and information systems).
For the first two to three years, you will work under the direction of your supervisor and understand the entire process from order to delivery. After that, you will be expected to take the lead and work with customers.
Ideal Profile
Approximately half of AdvancedSoft's engineers hold doctorates (48 of our approximately 100 engineers have doctorates), and we are actively recruiting PhDs. We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of papers and the achievements of researchers and is passionate about software development. After joining the company, you will play the important role of gaining a deep understanding of the physical phenomena that customers require simulation of, converting that understanding into mathematical formulas and models, and realizing them as actual software. This is the perfect environment for someone with an interest in a wide range of technologies.
What we especially look for in a PhD or postdoctoral fellow
When joining our company, we place particular emphasis on proficiency in one of the following areas: physics and mathematics, information technology, or an engineering understanding of phenomena. Furthermore, after joining the company, we have created an environment in which you can become proficient in all of these fields through our comprehensive in-house training system. We are particularly confident that those interested in fluid analysis, nanosimulation, TCAD, and AI development will be able to demonstrate their abilities at our company.
