Work Detail

Through dialogue with clients, we identify and concretize their challenges and propose solutions based on AI analysis results (we handle a series of tasks, from reviewing proposals to setting up the operational environment). We promote AI-driven research in the life sciences field and build a foundation for business. Utilizing our knowledge of medicine and pharmacology, we identify and explore solutions to operational challenges in areas requiring advanced expertise.

Ideal Profile

Application Requirements (MUST) ■ Experience in research and development using real data (data analysis, algorithm design, etc.) ■ Experience in communicating or negotiating while appropriately collaborating with relevant internal departments and external researchers and building good relationships ■ Experience in natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, data mining, statistical analysis, and big data analysis ■ Experience in data science work using Python ■ One or more first-author papers or patent applications Preferred Qualifications (WANT) ■ Five or more years of work experience at a pharmaceutical company, medical device manufacturer, research institute, or university ■ Experience in work requiring advanced expertise in disease diagnosis, treatment methods, drug development, and medical device development ■ University/undergraduate level mathematical knowledge (probability and statistics, linear algebra, analysis) ■ Experience in bioinformatics Desired Candidate Profile (1) Someone who understands the client's business and is motivated to create value through the power of technology (2) Someone who can autonomously set high goals and act proactively with a sense of ownership towards achieving them (3) (4) Candidates who possess the ability to understand and explore AI-related papers, algorithms, and mathematical formulas (undergraduate level mathematical knowledge).
