Work Detail
■Business content Discuss and understand the business content and issues with each engineer and person in charge, and discuss ``utilization of large-scale data collected in the business (prediction and optimization in distribution)'' and ``support and optimization of creative production using AI.'' You will be responsible for designing appropriate machine learning tasks and developing algorithms. (Example of work) ・DSP click probability prediction and CV probability prediction ・Product recommendations with dynamic retargeting ads ・Generation of user profiles such as demographics, interests and preferences from web behavior history, etc. ・Introduction of algorithm for creative selection ・Automatic generation of search-linked advertisements (NLP) ・Advertising creative production support and automatic generation ・Signal processing and audio processing for voice dialogue business (ASR, VAD, etc.) *There are approximately 20 products, and the technology and area used differs for each project.
Ideal Profile
[Required skills/experience] ・Expert knowledge in any of the following fields: machine learning, natural language processing, audio, images, optimization algorithms ・Practical experience applying machine learning to real problems at a practical level ・Be able to analyze and make proposals based on an understanding of the business. ・Good at analysis, model creation, and visualization using Python, R, etc. [Skills and experience that are desirable to have] ・Ability to read and trace papers ・Recommendation system development experience ・Development experience in advertising distribution optimization ・Image processing development experience ・Voice dialogue system development experience ・Natural language processing development experience ・Paper submissions, paper presentations, and study session presentations both domestically and internationally ・Practical experience in proposing business plans from data analysis
