Work Detail
■ Job Description You will discuss and understand the business content and challenges with engineers and managers, and design appropriate machine learning tasks and develop algorithms for "utilizing large-scale data collected in the business (prediction and optimization in distribution)" and "supporting and optimizing creative production using AI." (Examples of tasks) ・DSP click probability prediction and conversion probability prediction ・Product recommendation in dynamic retargeting ads ・Generating user profiles such as demographics and interests/preferences from web browsing history etc. ・Implementing algorithms for creative selection ・Automatic generation of search engine advertising (NLP) ・Supporting and automatically generating advertising creatives ・Signal processing and voice processing (ASR, VAD, etc.) for voice dialogue business *There are approximately 20 products, and the technologies and areas used differ for each project.
Ideal Profile
[Required Skills and Experience] * Expertise in one of the following fields: machine learning, natural language processing, speech, image processing, or optimization algorithms. * Practical experience applying machine learning to real-world problems. * Ability to analyze and propose solutions based on an understanding of the business. * Proficiency in analysis, model creation, and visualization using Python, R, etc. [Desirable Skills and Experience] * Ability to read and trace research papers. * Practical experience in developing recommendation systems. * Practical experience in developing advertising delivery optimization. * Practical experience in developing image processing systems. * Practical experience in developing voice dialogue systems. * Practical experience in developing natural language processing systems. * Experience publishing papers, presenting papers, and speaking at workshops both domestically and internationally. * Practical experience proposing business plans based on data analysis.
