Join our new team specializing in AI/ML projects, where you will support clients across various industries in solving their challenges and driving transformations driven by technological advancements. [Specifically] * You will primarily be responsible for machine learning and mathematical optimization projects. * You will not only implement machine learning models but also handle the overall system development required to integrate them. [Development Environment] macOS or Windows (optional) / Python / JetBrains PyCharm / AWS (SageMaker, Fargate, Lambda, etc.) / NVIDIA Toolkit / Various machine learning libraries (PyTorch is the main tool used for DNN implementation) / Docker / GitHub / GitHub Copilot [Project Examples] * Internal file search system * AI chat application * Improving work efficiency at civil engineering construction sites (development of image analysis AI models)
Ideal Profile
[Required Skills] (1) Candidates must meet either of the following conditions: (1) Candidates must meet all of the following conditions: - 2+ years of experience in AI/ML-related development - Experience leading a development team (AI development or Web Development) * Experience using cloud services such as AWS * Experience in team development using Git, etc. (2) Candidates who meet at least one of the following criteria: * Possess at least one Kaggle medal (any color) * Basic knowledge of linear algebra, differential and integral calculus, and statistics [Preferred Skills] * Project leader experience * Experience coordinating specifications with stakeholders * Knowledge of cloud AI, etc., and experience developing using AI provided by AWS/Azure/GCP * Experience mentoring team members * Experience participating in competitions such as Kaggle * English reading comprehension sufficient to read academic papers [Desired Candidate Profile] * Individuals who can proactively learn and keep up with the latest technologies * Individuals who can boldly challenge questions without clear answers and persistently continue to try until they are solved * Individuals who can understand complex information clearly from the perspective of others * Individuals who can actively challenge unknown areas and technologies outside their expertise * Individuals who are ambitious and proactively work to improve their technical skills * Individuals who can respect team members and ensure smooth development

Phd. Stating Salary
■Annual salary: Approximately 4 million to 8 million yen (determined based on skills and experience) [Wage Breakdown] Monthly salary: 285,715 yen to 571,429 yen Basic salary: 247,104 yen to 494,208 yen Fixed overtime allowance: 38,611 yen to 77,221 yen (for 20 hours per month. Overtime exceeding this will be paid separately)
