Job Summary You will be part of a new team primarily handling AI/ML projects, supporting clients across various industries in solving their challenges and driving transformations driven by technological advancements. By working closely with clients and developing systems that look to the future, rather than simply ending with the project, you will enhance customer experience and value. Specifically: ・You will primarily be responsible for machine learning and mathematical optimization projects. ・You will be involved not only in the implementation of machine learning models, but also in the overall system development required to integrate them. ★We will assign you to an appropriate position considering your aptitude, strengths, and preferences. We welcome individuals with a Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or economics who have no prior engineering experience, engineers who want to deepen their knowledge and improve their skills, and those who are eager to try new things and develop their strengths!
Ideal Profile
Required Skills Applicants must meet one of the following four criteria: - 3+ years of practical experience in the AI/ML field - Research experience in the AI/ML field (at least one published paper) - Master's or PhD in a field directly related to AI/ML, such as computer science - Kaggle Expert Possessing the above Desired Skills 【Experience that can be utilized】 Development experience using Git Development experience using Python Ability to explain complex and abstract content in a way that is easy for people without prior knowledge to understand 【Desired Skills】 ・Experience winning competitions such as Kaggle ・Knowledge of linear algebra, differential and integral calculus, and statistics ・English reading comprehension sufficient to read academic papers ・Experience using cloud services such as AWS ・Experience writing academic papers ・Experience coordinating specifications with stakeholders ・Speaking at technical events ・Project leader experience ・Knowledge of mathematical optimization Desired Candidate Profile Someone who is eager to pursue the latest technologies and research Someone who is serious about finding solutions to questions that do not have a single correct answer Someone who can communicate from the customer's perspective Someone who is inquisitive and eager to improve, and who can proactively work to improve their technical skills Someone who can contribute output activities both inside and outside the company
