Ideal Profile
Required skills/experience (Motivation is important; you don't necessarily need to be knowledgeable about everything) <Business Mind> ・Have strong curiosity and passion for data-based business problem solving and value creation. <Knowledge> - Familiar with the basic theoretical systems of mathematics and statistics in general ・Basic knowledge of data analysis using Python <Experience> ・Experience implementing and leading data analysis projects and PoC projects ・Data analysis, discussion points for business use, and KPI design ・Design and implementation of dashboards and charts ・Experience working with the business side to explain analysis results to stakeholders ・Have experience in analytical work related to mathematical statistical modeling. ・Can help improve work successively and provide new insights ・Have management experience in data analysis projects and PoC projects for corporate customers. Welcome skills and experience ・Have knowledge of cloud environments and data infrastructure organization and construction, such as building and managing data lakes and data warehouses. ・Able to perform advanced analysis design and analysis work by making full use of knowledge of Bayesian statistics and statistical causal inference ・Have an extensive business background and are skilled at using statistical methods to improve decision-making and quantify and measure operational impact. ・Have experience designing workflows related to MLOps and DevOps, and can implement machine learning models into work. ・Have team development experience (version control using Git, CI operation, code review) ・Have practical experience in AI development projects ・Have high scores and top results in data analysis and AI development competitions such as Kaggle ・Have a doctoral degree or experience working in a research institute ・Have a track record of accepting international papers related to AI and data science (IJCAI, AAAI, NeurIPS, ICML, KDD, etc.) ・Work experience in code development in a team (coding with the intention of being seen by others) ・Experience and understanding of CDP/DMP usage ・Experience and understanding of using BI tools ・Data lake/data warehouse design experience or knowledge The person you are looking for ★If you agree with our management philosophy, vision, mission, and values, please apply!
