Work Detail
This position involves leading LLM agent development projects at the forefront of HEROZ's "social implementation of AI" initiative during its second phase of growth. [Full Range of Responsibilities] * Building, evaluating, and improving LLM agents tailored to customer operations (end-to-end from design, implementation, evaluation, and performance improvement) * Designing, building, evaluating, and improving the toolset and dedicated machine learning models used by LLM agents * Considering dedicated logic/dedicated ML models for areas that cannot be achieved with LLM * Designing application architectures to function as web services on the cloud, and building mocks at customer-presentation standards * Keeping up with new technologies and frameworks related to LLM agents, and selecting technologies according to the project * Investigating, correcting, and adding functionality to logic defects in AI systems in operation * Leading projects in cooperation with the Project EM, assisting with task assignment, progress management, and development review for team members [Project Examples] * Experimentation and development of the dialogue system for "AI Suitcase," an autonomous navigation system assisting the mobility of visually impaired people * Construction of a dialogue search system for internal corporate documents (manufacturing, construction, finance, etc.) * Experimentation and development of an LLM agent to support corporate legal operations [Development Environment and Technology Stack] Languages: Python (main), TypeScript, Go Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure / AI & LLM: HEROZ ASK (proprietary AI SaaS), Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT, Gemini, in-house LLM platform, LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, etc. / Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
Ideal Profile
[Required] * Practical experience in logic development using closed LLMs (GPT/Claude/Gemini, etc.) (design, implementation, evaluation, performance improvement) * Practical experience in LLM agent development * Experience in building mocks of web services including LLM agents * Python implementation skills * Experience leading projects/teams or equivalent * Ownership and ability to design tasks from scratch, manage progress, and manage multiple projects in parallel * Negotiating and communication skills with clients/PMs/EMs [Preferred] * Experience in LLM agent development using frameworks such as LangGraph * Experience in developing enterprise-grade LLM agents * Experience negotiating LLM agent requirements with clients * Experience in developing dedicated machine learning models (Deep Learning, GBDT, etc.) * Experience building web applications on the cloud * Experience building agents using local LLMs (including model fine-tuning) * Experience designing and developing LLM agent systems including data pre-processing and post-processing * Experience reviewing member development work, assigning tasks, and assisting with training (EM assistance)

Phd. Stating Salary
[Annual Salary] ¥7,000,000 - ¥11,000,000 * Determined according to company regulations, taking into account experience and abilities. * Bonus paid twice a year (August and February) * Salary increase twice a year [Monthly Salary] ¥507,000 - ¥797,000 * Discretionary work system for specialized work or flextime system will apply. * If flextime system applies, a fixed overtime allowance for 20 hours will be paid regardless of whether overtime work is performed. (¥68,600 - ¥108,000) Overtime pay for work exceeding 20 hours will be paid additionally.
