Conducting research and development into the pathology of neural circuits in rodent neurological disease models in relation to the "JST Emergent Research Support Program (Research topic: Elucidation of the principles of information distribution by the prefrontal cortex)"

Ideal Profile

① Those who have received or are expected to receive a doctoral degree. ② Those who have conducted research in the field of neuroscience (physiology, neuropharmacology, behavioral pharmacology, ethology, etc.) using mice or rats. ③ Those who have experience with or are interested in analysis using Matlab, Python, etc. ④ Those who have received a doctoral degree within 8 years at the time of employment. However, for researchers of foreign nationality, those who have received a foreign license or qualification that the NIAD-J recognizes as equivalent to a Japanese physician, radiological technologist, or medical physicist within 8 years at the time of new employment and are recognized as having the same abilities as those who have received a doctoral degree are also eligible. If they have taken maternity leave as stipulated in the Labor Standards Act, or childcare leave or family care leave as stipulated in the Childcare and Family Care Leave Act after obtaining a doctoral degree, those who have received a degree within 8 years at the time of new employment are also eligible. ⑤ Those who have worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the NIAD-J are not eligible to apply.

Annual salary system, remuneration determined according to experience, performance, etc. Monthly remuneration: 370,000 yen, 400,000 yen, 450,000 yen (including social insurance and tax)
