We conduct market research and marketing to understand needs, develop business and service plans, and even handle in-house cloud software development and operation—end-to-end. We are seeking a Tech Lead/PdM to lead the planning of new businesses to expand the value chain of the vehicle business, and the cloud development to realize solutions utilizing vehicle data. [Details] - Promoting architecture concepts and technology planning that combine existing and new data collection devices both inside and outside the company. - Analyzing business revenue and expenses, and compiling new business improvement plans and improvement proposals from a software technology perspective. - Understanding and coordinating internal technology trends and conducting technical sales to customers when planning new services. - Leading the software development team and driving DevOps. - Planning, promoting, and implementing privacy and security measures necessary for software development. ■Expected role for this position: Team Leader/Manager [Background of Recruitment] The demand for CASE, which began with passenger cars, has spread to commercial and business-oriented services. Providing APIs and solutions that treat vehicles as IoT devices is becoming increasingly important in the vehicle business value chain. To meet this demand, there is a need for individuals who can drive both the creation of services and solutions that deeply address the business challenges of businesses—something not found in personal app development—and the closely linked technology development.
Ideal Profile
【MUST】 * Ability to independently drive both software technology and business operations * Experience in DevOps for small-scale or larger services or platforms on the cloud (AWS/Azure, etc.) * Experience coding in Python, C#, Java, etc., and the ability to conduct implementation reviews and provide guidance * Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders, build relationships, and conduct business negotiations and alliances 【WANT】 * Experience in planning and negotiating services for businesses (toB) * Cloud architecture design considering the business's revenue model * Development promotion qualifications or experience such as ScrumMaster or ProductOwner * Certifications related to cloud computing and programming languages * Broad IoT knowledge and experience, from embedded software to cloud computing * English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 730 or higher, or experience working abroad
