Job Description • Development and evaluation of in-house Deep Research • Data synthesis and reinforcement learning for Deep Research • Training of foundational models for search • Construction of search infrastructure • Prototyping of AI products and LLM agents using information retrieval technology Mission • Research and development of Deep Research and Information Retrieval • Prototyping of AI agent products using information retrieval technology • Contributing the results obtained to the business, and publishing papers, patents, and external presentations as needed Job Appeal You can be involved in all phases of research and development, from building data infrastructure and search infrastructure to prototyping LLM agents. You can experience the process of turning ideas into reality and releasing them to the world as actual products.
Ideal Profile
Required Qualifications • Expertise in one of the following areas: search systems, recommendation systems, embedding representations, or search extension generation • Experience working in a team using software development platforms such as GitHub • Experience reading research papers, reproducing implementations, or modifying algorithms Preferred Qualifications • Experience in development in the field of natural language processing or information retrieval/recommendation (3+ years) • Experience winning medals in data science competitions such as Kaggle • Experience developing and operating large-scale search or recommendation systems (3+ years) • Experience developing machine learning models using multiple GPUs • Experience presenting at international conferences • Experience fine-tuning local LLMs or text embedding models • Contribution to open-source software • Project management experience • Tech lead experience Desired Candidate Profile • Individuals who resonate with our business and mission, and possess a willingness and motivation to take on new challenges.

Phd. Stating Salary
Monthly salary: ¥541,667 - ¥1,500,000 Estimated annual income: ¥6,500,000 - ¥18,000,000 *The upper limit is not applicable. *Monthly salary/Estimated annual income: Base salary + Fixed overtime allowance (equivalent to 35 hours) *Overtime allowance applies only to general staff, and if you work more than the fixed overtime allowance (35 hours), it will be paid according to your actual hours worked. *Additional incentives may be paid.
