■ About this position You will be responsible for leading a team that promotes collaborative research with clients (primarily startups and large corporations) and manages the collaborative research group. Ideal Profile
Required Skills and Experience • Bachelor's degree or higher • Experience in life science research • Ability to present research findings and participate in meetings in English Preferred Skills and Experience Candidates with experience in the following areas will be given preferential treatment: • Experience in regenerative medicine, drug discovery, or the food industry • Experience with various animal cells, especially primary cell cultures • PhD holders Desired Candidate Profile • Ability to view things objectively and think logically • Value teamwork more than individual performance • Desired to take on challenges in technologies and businesses that will change society • Cheerful, outgoing, and socially adept, and willing to take on challenges in uncharted fields • Ability to identify challenges necessary to achieve objectives and actively work towards solving them
