• Exploration of cancer biomarkers present in bodily fluids, primarily urine (Utilizing various detection modalities such as NGS and PCR, centered on our core exosome extraction technology) • Construction and establishment of measurement systems such as ELISA • Functional analysis of exosomes, miRNA, and cfDNA • Development of diagnostic and testing systems related to the above themes • Planning and executing research and development plans to maximize the value of Craif's technology • Prioritizing and managing research projects • Guiding and training team members • Participation in domestic and international academic conferences, and planning and executing collaborative research with domestic and international partners based on these conferences • Business trips to affiliated companies and offices, and participation in decision-making meetings

Ideal Profile

Application Requirements (MUST) - Master's degree in a field such as medicine, pharmacy, engineering, agriculture, veterinary medicine, or biology - Responsible and able to work collaboratively with other staff members Preferred Qualifications (WANT) - Experience handling next-generation sequencers (NGS) - Experience handling ELISA measurement systems - Experience handling trace nucleic acids - Experience handling small RNA or ExRNA - Experience with medical devices, in vitro diagnostic products, or LDT (Lab Development Technology) Experience in developing research reagents (Test) - Advanced expertise in oncology or immunology - Management experience (e.g., manager experience in a private company, or PI experience in academia) - English proficiency (ability to communicate and write documents in English) Desired Candidate Profile - Someone who can tackle the unknown with a positive attitude without hesitation - Someone who can produce results quickly and productively - Someone who can think independently, involve others, and drive projects forward with leadership skills - Someone who can work meticulously and perform experiments accurately - Someone who enjoys working in a team, respecting diversity, and achieving results - Someone who can focus on essential matters regardless of age or position
