Ideal Profile

Eligibility Requirements (Required) PhD holders or those expected to obtain a PhD, or those with a Master's degree or equivalent. (For overseas applicants) Business-level or higher Japanese language proficiency. This position involves creating genome-modified cells. (Specific Job Responsibilities) ① Genome Design: Understand the genomic information of the target cells and design gRNAs and donor sequences that enable highly efficient and accurate genome modification. Also, optimize gene expression constructs and select transgenes according to the target cells and desired phenotype. ② Genome Modification: To realize the above design, perform gene introduction and culture according to the target cells.
