We are looking for technical staff who can proactively support the research and development of new technologies that will lead to our goal of "data-driven cell control," the acquisition of cell big data, and the implementation of joint projects with other companies. In particular, we are planning to ask for the following experiments and laboratory environment preparation. ・Cell biology experiments (cell culture, passage, cryopreservation, screening, cell sorting) ・Molecular biology experiments (cDNA library preparation, next generation sequencer and microplate reader operation) ・Medium preparation (reagent weighing, liquid preparation) ・Organizing experiment-related documents (SOP creation, organizing contracts/slips, etc.) ・Laboratory environment maintenance (daily equipment inspection, cleaning and cleanup, waste liquid treatment, inventory management and ordering of reagents and consumables, etc.) ・Others (document sending, receiving shipments, etc.) Additionally, depending on your past experience, you may be asked to take charge of research work related to cell culture and molecular biology (construction of experimental systems, etc.). [A] In-house research project Research and development of cell control technology that integrates single-cell/large-scale transcriptome analysis technology and cell culture optimization technology (Example of research project) ・Research to improve the throughput of single-cell/large-scale transcriptome analysis technology by an order of magnitude or more ・Research to build a cell culture system in a microscopic space, a micro-volume medium preparation system, and a multifaceted cell evaluation system to improve culture condition screening throughput by more than two orders of magnitude compared to the current level. ・Research to acquire genetic profile data and metadata of "multiple types of cell lines x various cell states" and promote the construction of our own integrated database ・Research to advance elemental technologies through laboratory automation and significantly improve the data acquisition process [B] Research project conducted jointly with other companies Joint research with other companies and contract research in the drug discovery and regenerative medicine fields using our own technology (Example of research project) ・Phenotypic drug discovery and clinical biomarker search using single-cell/large-scale transcriptome data ・Searching for quality markers for cell medicines and optimizing culture conditions using single-cell/large-scale transcriptome technology The specific work content and scope of discretion will be discussed during the interview. Ideal Profile
Required skills Graduated from a science university, biotech junior college, biotech vocational school or above ・Experience and basic knowledge regarding cell culture in general ・Molecular biology experiments (RNA extraction, PCR, quantitative PCR, nucleic acid quantification, etc.) welcome skills ・Doctorate, doctoral equivalent, master's degree or master's equivalent ・Experience in handling multiple cell cultures, primary culture cells, and stem cells ・Experiments on next-generation sequencers ・Experience with flow cytometry and cell sorting ・High-throughput screening ・Preparation of reagents and culture media (weighing, automatic dispensing, etc.) ・Easy programming ・More than 1 year of work experience in a company or academia ・Those who have experience in discussions with researchers based on data ・Those who are good at detailed work ・Those who can catch up quickly

Phd. Stating Salary
