We are looking for technical staff who can proactively support the research and development of new technologies that lead to our goal of "data-driven cell control," the acquisition of cell big data, and the implementation of joint projects with other companies. If you want to expand your technical staff's duties and advance your career, why not take on the challenge at our company? In particular, we plan to focus on the following experiments and lab environment maintenance. ・Cell biology experiments (cell culture, subculture, cryopreservation, screening, cell sorting) ・Molecular biology experiments (cDNA library preparation, operation of next-generation sequencers and microplate readers) ・Culture medium preparation (weighing reagents, preparing solutions) ・Organizing documents related to experiments (creating SOPs, organizing contracts and slips, etc.) ・Lab environment maintenance (daily equipment inspections, cleaning and tidying up, waste liquid treatment, inventory management and ordering of reagents and consumables, etc.) ・Other (sending documents, receiving goods, etc.) In addition, depending on your previous experience, you may be in charge of research work related to cell culture and molecular biology (constructing experimental systems, etc.). Our research projects are divided into [A] in-house research projects and [B] joint research projects with other companies. [A] In-house research projects Research and development of cell control technology that integrates single-cell, large-scale transcriptome analysis technology and cell culture optimization technology (Examples of research projects) ・ Research to improve the throughput of single-cell, large-scale transcriptome analysis technology by one order of magnitude or more compared to the current level ・ Research to build a cell culture system in a microspace, a micro-medium preparation system, and a multifaceted cell evaluation system, and to improve the throughput of culture condition screening by two orders of magnitude or more compared to the current level ・ "Multiple types of cell lines × Research to acquire genetic profile data and metadata of "various cell states" and promote the construction of our own integrated database ・Research to advance core technologies through laboratory automation and significantly improve the data acquisition process 【B】 Research projects conducted in collaboration with other companies Collaborative and commissioned research with other companies in the fields of drug discovery and regenerative medicine using our own technology (Examples of research projects) ・Phenotype drug discovery and clinical biomarker search using single-cell and large-scale transcriptome data ・Search for quality markers for cell medicines and optimal culture conditions using single-cell and large-scale transcriptome technology Specific work content and scope of discretion will be explained at the interview. Ideal Profile
Required skills Graduate or above from a science university, a junior college for bioscience, or a vocational school for bioscience ・Experience and basic knowledge of cell culture in general ・Molecular biology experiments (RNA extraction, PCR, quantitative PCR, nucleic acid quantification, etc.) Welcome skills ・PhD, PhD equivalent, Master's or Master's equivalent ・Experience handling multiple cell cultures, primary cultured cells, and stem cells ・Experiments using next-generation sequencers ・Experience with flow cytometry and cell sorting ・High-throughput screening ・Preparation of reagents and culture media (weighing, automatic dispensing, etc.) ・Simple programming ・More than one year of work experience in a company or academia ・Experience with discussions with researchers based on data ・Good at detailed work ・Quick catch-up

Phd. Stating Salary
