■ Job Responsibilities ・Process development and process management in 12-inch semiconductor processes ・Joint research and development with universities and research institutions ・Prototyping and evaluation of developed elements and materials ・Development management from a manufacturing perspective *Upon joining the company, you will be involved in the development of 12-inch semiconductor processes for spintronic devices. Depending on your experience and skills, you will be entrusted with development leader or management duties in the future. *Scope of changes in job duties: All duties as defined by the company ■ Organizational Mission Spintronics is one of the core technologies supporting TDK's ferrite tree, and it is a technology and business area where we should always aim to be No. 1 in the world. We are developing unique brain-type AI devices using spintronics, and our mission is to contribute to society, such as solving the problem of power explosions caused by AI, by creating new products from TDK's core technologies. ■ Recruitment Background TDK is a leading company in electronic components and devices. Based on TDK's strong technologies, we are developing new AI devices for the growing AI market. TDK is developing competitive devices by applying its core spintronics technology, but we are currently short of engineers capable of process development in semiconductor manufacturing. This recruitment is seeking engineers with experience in large-diameter process development and practical application, and the flexibility to apply this knowledge to new device development. Our goal is to strengthen our process development capabilities and accelerate the establishment of new technologies, with a view to future mass production.
Ideal Profile
■Required Qualifications - Experience in developing processes of 8 inches or larger - Experience managing a team of at least 3 people - English proficiency: Ability to read and write documents and emails (目安: TOEIC 600/CEFR B1) ■Preferred Qualifications - Experience in developing processes of 12 inches or larger - Experience in semiconductor process development

Phd. Stating Salary
• Wage System: Monthly salary • Wage Breakdown: Monthly salary (basic salary) 320,000 yen to 690,000 yen • Salary Increase: Yes (Once a year (April)) • Bonus: Yes (Twice a year (June and December)) • Overtime Pay: Yes (Paid in conjunction with overtime work) *The wages are only estimates and may fluctuate during the selection process.
