■ Job Responsibilities - Collaborative research and development with academia - Promotion of fundamental technologies within the company through publications such as papers and patents - Development of fundamental technologies such as materials, processes, and evaluation - Promotion of commercialization with industry experts inside and outside the company *Upon joining the company, you will initially be responsible for promoting basic development work in a small team, and in the future, you will be responsible for development leader and management duties. *Scope of changes in job responsibilities: All tasks as defined by the company ■ Organizational Mission Spintronics is one of TDK's ferrite trees, and it is a technology and business area where we should always aim to be No. 1 in the world. We are developing new electronic devices using spintronics, and our mission is to carry out product development from basic research. ■ Recruitment Background Spintronics is still developing in terms of fundamental physics, and various possibilities are emerging. It is necessary to keep up with cutting-edge spintronics technology and consider commercialization. In this recruitment, we are looking for personnel who can carry out development from basic research to just before mass production. The aim is to strengthen the development of new products by strengthening personnel who can consider new fundamental physics.
Ideal Profile
■Required Qualifications • Master's degree • Research experience in spintronics • Experience in both prototyping and evaluation of spintronic devices • First author experience on at least three papers • English proficiency: Ability to read and write documents and emails (目安: TOEIC 600/CEFR B1), use of English for research papers, and international meetings and reports ■Preferred Qualifications • Doctoral degree

Phd. Stating Salary
• Wage System: Monthly salary • Wage Breakdown: Monthly salary (basic salary) 320,000 yen to 440,000 yen • Salary Increase: Yes (Once a year (April)) • Bonus: Yes (Twice a year (June and December)) • Overtime Pay: Yes (Paid in conjunction with overtime work) *The wages are only estimates and may fluctuate during the selection process.
