[Secure Computation x AI] We are looking for a Full-stack Engineer who can collaborate with talented colleagues and strive for excellence together. ■Specific Job Responsibilities While the technology stack will vary depending on the project, the following tasks are anticipated: • Implementation of web service infrastructure for our proprietary secure computation product under development and for contracted projects. • React/TypeScript frontend development, FastAPI/Python backend development. • Data modeling/search infrastructure construction using PostgreSQL, Qdrant, and OpenSearch. • LLM/RAG system design and operation utilizing OpenAI and the Azure OpenAI ecosystem. • Implementation of privacy-preserving ML inference pipelines using homomorphic cryptography libraries (CKKS/TFHE, etc.). • Microservice operation using Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD using GitHub Actions + Terraform. • Member code review, test automation, performance monitoring. ■ Attractiveness of this position: • Take on R&D and actual service development in cutting-edge areas such as secure computation and LLM services from start to finish. • Be involved in both our own SaaS (ALCHEMISTA, ALCHEMISTA Labs) and enterprise-based project-based work. • Modern cloud-native environment based on AWS and Kubernetes, React + FastAPI. Full-stack configuration - Develop English language skills and leadership skills in a multinational, cross-functional team - Implement services while collaborating with AI and cryptography specialists
Ideal Profile
■Required Skills and Experience ・5+ years of experience in web application development (front-end + back-end) ・Practical experience with React / TypeScript or similar SPA frameworks ・Experience in API development using Python, such as FastAPI ・Experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL) and Docker container operation ・Experience in team development using Git/GitHub ・Experience in development using AWS (EKS/ECS, RDS, Lambda, etc.) ・Experience in proactive communication with clients ・Business-level English proficiency and business-level or higher Japanese (equivalent to N1) ■Preferred Skills and Experience ・Microservice design and operation using Kubernetes ・Experience using Vector DB and full-text search engine implementation ・Experience in building RAG for LLM ・Experience using homomorphic cryptography libraries ・Experience in building CI/CD ■Desired Candidate Profile ・Individuals who are motivated to solve social issues with secure computing and AI technology ・Individuals who take ownership and can act autonomously to maximize product value ・Individuals who respect different areas of expertise and can communicate openly ・Individuals who can communicate meticulously and proactively with clients

Phd. Stating Salary
Expected annual salary: 7 to 11 million yen (negotiable depending on ability and experience)
