Specialists who support policy-making through research based on high expertise Researchers support policy decisions, administrative policy formulation, and the development of various strategies to solve various challenges faced by the nation and region. The areas covered are diverse, ranging from national strategy to economy and industry, social welfare, environment, and local government management. They are responsible for research, analysis, and studies in policy formulation and implementation, and by making recommendations to ministries and local governments, they contribute to public development and the resolution of social issues as specialists in their respective fields. [Clients and Areas] We support national policy decisions, administrative policy formulation, and the development of strategies for public entities to solve various challenges faced by the nation and region, conducting research in a wide range of fields. • Areas: Healthcare and welfare policy / Environmental and energy policy / Economic and industrial policy / Social and infrastructure policy / Education and cultural policy [Project Management] Projects begin with public calls for proposals from government agencies or inquiries (consultations) from clients. The process then progresses through the following stages: proposal proposal and bidding, contract signing, research, analysis, and report submission. * Public tender/inquiry: We receive public tender information from government agencies and inquiries from clients, and confirm the research objectives, content, period, budget, procurement method, schedule, etc. * Proposal proposal, bidding, and contract: We participate in proposal competitions and bidding (comprehensive evaluation of price). In the comprehensive evaluation bidding method, the contractor is determined by a comprehensive evaluation of the proposal content and price, and if successful, a contract is signed. * Research, analysis, and research: We utilize specialized skills such as statistical analysis, large-scale questionnaire surveys, and interview surveys to consider ways to meet the diverse needs of the client. * Report submission: We compile the insights created through research, analysis, and research into a report and submit it to the client.
