Terra Drone Co., Ltd. develops and provides drone solutions with the mission of "Unlock "X" Dimensions (combining different dimensions to create a rich future)". The drone traffic management system (UTM) provided through our group has been introduced in 10 countries around the world, and has been ranked in the top 3 as an industrial drone service company in the "Drone Service Company World Ranking" published by Drone Industry Insights since 2020. We develop, produce, and sell the drone-mounted high-precision laser mapping system "Terra Lidar" in-house, and perform 3D mapping by combining GNSS/IMU and LiDAR data measured in the sky. We are looking for a mapping engineer for post-processing SLAM to evolve the product into one that can be used as a ground mapping hand scanner with the same device. You will design and implement the data acquisition and map generation system. Existing data acquisition and mapping are automatically processed using ROS, Python, Matlab, etc.

Mechanical design engineer for satellite optical systems

We develop payload equipment and satellites for the Space Debris Removal Project, which uses lasers to remotely control the attitude and orbit of space objects (debris), and the Satellite LiDAR Project, which uses lasers from satellites to observe the Earth's surface. We are looking for a mechanical design engineer for lasers and optical systems, which are key components of the Mission Department. Specific job duties are as follows: - Design, evaluation, verification, and testing of laser oscillator housing structure that can withstand launch and space environment (mechanical environment test, thermal vacuum test, etc.) - Design, evaluation, verification, and testing of optical component holding mechanism/structure that can withstand launch and space environment (mechanical environment test, thermal environment test, etc.) - Design and verify heat exhaust/insulation structure and system together with thermal design engineers - Development support for instrumentation system (wiring, etc.) - Design and development work for jigs related to assembly, evaluation testing, and launch preparation of mission parts including lasers Note: We welcome those who want to gain experience in laser development or want to master it through consultation with support from engineers with over 20 years of experience in laser development.
