■Charm of the company/work: - You can be involved in the development of new products that bring innovation to the retail industry. - By having engineers participate from the product planning stage, they are directly connected to solving social issues and customer issues, and are able to hear directly from customers. - You will work with a diverse team of highly talented foreign engineers. - By collaborating with engineers in other fields such as material handling, control systems, platforms, and UIUX design, you can acquire a wide range of knowledge. ■Recruitment area/duty content: We are currently developing a robot-based, masterless piece-picking system for food and daily necessities handled by retailers, and are introducing it to the market. You will be involved in product development such as the design, development, and implementation of new functions in the following areas in order to further develop customers and expand the market. (After joining the company, you will be involved in an area that corresponds to your expertise, but challenges in peripheral areas are also welcome.) Technology development for robot systems (manipulation, interface with external equipment, construction of core systems) Robotics software design and programming On-site system startup and maintenance (environment construction, operation confirmation, data acquisition and analysis, etc.) ■Development environment: - Language: Python, C++ - DB: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) - Cloud: Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform - Others: Linux, GitHub, Docker, CI (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Node-RED

Ideal Profile

Required (MUST) Experience in developing robot systems that utilize articulated robot manipulation and other sensors and actuators. 2 years or more of Python or C++ work experience Development experience on Linux (mainly Ubuntu) Team development experience using Git and GitHub (or similar VCS) Knowledge of linear algebra and three-dimensional geometry No Japanese ability required Welcome (WANT) Knowledge and experience in software development processes (Docker, Scrum, CI/CD) Programming experience using OSS applicable to the robotics field such as ROS Robot integration/manufacturing equipment startup experience Knowledge of peripheral equipment (sensors/PLC/actuators) Knowledge of image recognition using computer vision and AI Practical experience in software quality assurance Master's or doctoral degree in computer engineering, information engineering, or robotics related fields
