■Attractions of the company/job: - You'll be involved in the development of new products that will revolutionize the retail industry. - By having engineers participate from the product planning stage, you'll be able to directly connect to solving social and customer issues and hear customer feedback. - You'll work with a diverse team of many talented foreign engineers. - By collaborating with engineers in other fields, such as material handling, control systems, platforms, and UI/UX design, you'll gain a wide range of knowledge. ■Recruitment area/job description: We are currently developing and introducing to the market a system that uses robots to piece-pick groceries and daily necessities handled by retailers without requiring a master. To further develop our customer base and expand our market, you'll be involved in product development, including the design, development, and implementation of new functions in the following areas. (After joining the company, you will be assigned to a field suited to your expertise, but we also welcome challenges in related fields.) Technology development for robotic systems (manipulation, interfacing with external devices, building core systems) Robotics software design and programming On-site system setup and maintenance (environment construction, operation verification, data acquisition and analysis, etc.) ■Development Environment: - Language: Python, C++ - Database: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) - Cloud: Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform - Other: Linux, GitHub, Docker, CI (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Node-RED

Ideal Profile

Required (MUST) Experience developing robotic systems using multi-joint robot manipulation and other sensors and actuators 2+ years of practical experience with Python or C++ Linux development experience (primarily Ubuntu) Team development experience using Git and GitHub (or similar VCS) Knowledge of linear algebra and 3D geometry Japanese language ability not required Wanted (WANT) Knowledge and experience in software development processes (Docker, Scrum, CI/CD) Programming experience using OSS applicable to the robotics field, such as ROS Experience with robot integration/manufacturing equipment setup Knowledge of peripheral devices (sensors/PLCs/actuators) Knowledge of computer vision and AI-based image recognition Practical experience in software quality assurance Master's or Ph.D. degree in computer engineering, information engineering, or a related field in robotics

This position will serve as both IT Governance Leader and Corporate Governance Leader. You will propose strategic directions for IT systems and implement plans approved by the board.
