■Company and Job Appeal: - You can be involved in the development of new products that will revolutionize the retail industry. - By participating as an engineer from the product planning stage, you can directly contribute to solving social and customer issues and hear customer feedback directly. - You will work with a diverse team of members, including many talented foreign engineers. - You can acquire a wide range of knowledge by collaborating with engineers in other fields such as material handling, control systems, platforms, and UI/UX design. ■Recruitment Areas and Job Description: Currently, our company is developing and introducing a system that uses robots to piece-pick groceries and daily necessities handled by retailers without master data. To further expand our customer base and market, you will be involved in product development, including the design, development, and implementation of new functions in the following areas. (After joining the company, you will be assigned to an area that matches your expertise, but we also welcome challenges in related areas.) Technical development for robot systems (manipulation, interface with external devices, construction of core systems) Design and programming of robotics software On-site system setup and maintenance (environment setup, operation verification, data acquisition and analysis, etc.) ■Development Environment: - Languages: Python, C++ - DB: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) - Cloud: Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform - Others: Linux, GitHub, Docker, CI (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Node-RED
Ideal Profile
Required (MUST) Experience in developing robotic systems utilizing multi-joint robot manipulation, sensors, actuators, etc. 2+ years of practical experience with Python or C++ Experience developing on Linux (primarily Ubuntu) Experience in team development using Git and GitHub (or a similar VCS) Knowledge of linear algebra and three-dimensional geometry Japanese language proficiency not required Preferred (WANT) Knowledge and experience of software development processes (Docker, Scrum, CI/CD) Programming experience using open-source software applicable to the robotics field, such as ROS Experience in robot integration/manufacturing equipment setup Knowledge of peripheral equipment (sensors/PLC/actuators) Knowledge of computer vision and AI-based image recognition Practical experience in software quality assurance Master's or PhD degree in computer engineering, information engineering, or robotics-related fields
