We are recruiting. This position concurrently serves as IT governance leader and corporate governance leader. You will propose a strategic direction for the IT system and will personally implement the plan approved by the board. [Business details] ・Corporate IT strategy planning, planning, post-implementation evaluation, improvement, and operation ・Maintenance and management of security collaboration system with Honda Group and inter-group network ・Improving and operating the governance system across all corporate activities in particular, ・Formulation and promotion of IT investment strategy ・Introduction and management of research infrastructure systems such as GPU servers ・Comprehensive improvement and management of internal network environment ・Management of SaaS (AWS/Github/Atlassian/Office365/box/Slack, etc.) ・Improvement and operation of confidential management system and regulations ・Development and operation of internal approval system ・Maintenance and management of internal approval system, etc. <Mission/Mission> Our mission is to support research activities in the cutting-edge AI field and accelerate research while maintaining advanced security and compliance systems for IT systems. You will be responsible for aligning the organization's research strategy and IT strategy, and effectively managing and operating IT resources. Ideal Profile
