Work Detail
Working in collaboration with research scientists and business units, you will leverage the knowledge accumulated through field testing and R&D in real-world environments such as commercial facilities and accommodations to implement an autonomous voice dialogue system that understands human behavior and speech and engages in appropriate voice interaction. You will then verify its effectiveness in real-world settings. In the future, as a technical specialist, you will develop a foundational system that can be used across a wide range of fields, while understanding the organization's challenges. ▼Main Tasks Development of a voice dialogue system using a dialogue architecture currently under research and development at the AI Lab Implementation of recognition functions (image processing and voice processing) based on robot-human interaction Implementation of machine learning models on edge devices Construction of a system for deploying robot recognition function components to the edge via the cloud Discussion with researchers, proposal, implementation, and introduction of technologies and models Construction of a system for collecting analytical data for research Collaboration with industry-academia partners and joint research institutions, incorporating academic knowledge, and applying it to product development, problem-solving, and research paper analysis.
Ideal Profile
Experience and Skills [Required Skills] ◎ Implementation experience related to audio and image processing ◎ Experience in building and implementing environments combining various devices (monocular cameras, stereo cameras, directional microphones, sensors, GPU-equipped BOX PCs, etc.) and SDKs ◎ Experience in considering and designing specifications for cloud and edge integration [Preferred Skills] ◯ Server-side development experience ◯ Robot system construction experience ◯ DevOps/MLOps environment construction experience ◯ Knowledge of information compression and communication/transmission technologies in low-bandwidth communication environments ◯ Programming experience using Python/C++/Node.js ◯ Experience in reading algorithms/papers and reproducing/modifying published implementations ◯ Software development experience, not limited to machine learning ◯ Experience using cloud services (GCP, AWS, etc.) ◯ Development experience using Docker Container/Docker Compose ◯ Experience winning awards in data analysis competitions (Kaggle, CrowdAnalytix, etc.) ◯ Experience presenting at academic conferences ◯ OSS Activities ◯ Presentations at community events such as study groups Desired Candidate Profile ◎ A mindset to proactively research, implement, and experiment with unfamiliar technologies ◎ The ability to independently design solutions to given problems ◎ No aversion to team development ◎ Interest in social implementation ◯ Interest in robotics
