Our research department conducts research and development for the entire group, with the purpose of our existence being "healthy everyday life and a prosperous life." You will be engaged in projects that create new value that will lead to products and services from the analysis of omics data such as metagenomics, metabolomics, and epigenomics data, centered on intestinal microbiota research, and large-scale cohort data. We are looking for people who can lead not only data analysis but also the entire project in the future. Analysis of omics data (metagenomics, metabolomics, epigenomics data, etc.) including microbiome (R, Python) General data analysis such as cohort data and medical checkup big data (aggregation, machine learning, causal inference, etc.) Planning and implementation of new research themes *There is also the possibility of collaboration with external institutions, planning and operation of clinical research to obtain data, and implementation at our facilities as well as at joint research sites.

Ideal Profile

[Required conditions] Experience with data analysis (bioinformatics, machine learning, causal inference, etc.) in omics research and cohort studies. Ability to operate Linux in a CUI environment, and be able to analyze data using Python and R.
