Work Detail
Our research department conducts research and development for the entire group with the purpose of "Healthy Everyday, Rich Life". You will be involved in a project to create new value that leads to products and services from the analysis of omics data such as metagenomics, metabolomics, and epigenomics data, mainly focusing on intestinal microbiota research, and large-scale cohort data. We are looking for people who can not only analyze data, but also lead the entire project in the future. Analysis of omics data (metagenomics, metabolomics, epigenomics data, etc.) including microbiome (R, Python) General data analysis of cohort data, health check big data, etc. (aggregation, machine learning, causal inference, etc.) Planning and execution of new research themes * There is also the possibility of collaboration with external organizations, planning and managing clinical research to obtain data, and conducting research at our facilities as well as joint research partners.
Ideal Profile
[Requirements] Experience in data analysis (bioinformatics, machine learning, causal inference, etc.) in omics research and cohort studies Ability to operate Linux in a CUI environment, ability to perform data analysis using Python and R Basic knowledge of nutrition, physiology, biochemistry, etc. Master's degree or above [Preferred conditions] PhD holder Experience in the food industry, pharmaceutical industry, or academia *When applying, please provide details of your research and achievements.
