Job overview You will be asked to carry out either offensive or defensive duties. Aggressive IT: Implementation of various systems based on supply chain reform strategies, chain coordination/visualization of demand/improvement of ROIC and business processes by realizing management innovation that captures signs of fluctuations in manufacturing sites and swiftly adjusts production, sales, and inventory. Reform, redesign, efficiency and labor saving of business processing, etc. Defensive IT: Stable operation and maintenance of operating systems owned by business departments, factory IT infrastructure and applications, sophistication and increased value provided through continuous improvement, user support (help desk), IT-BCP and IT control support (internal control) ), cloud lift/shift of operating systems, etc. Scope of change: All duties will be reassigned Business details Offensive IT: Participation in multiple projects related to supply chain/engineering chain reform/redesign based on the business division's digital strategy (as a PL or member) Defensive IT: Stable operation operations such as ITSM (ITIL) for various systems in operation, IT-BCP formulation, IT control support (internal control), system updates, version upgrades, legal and regulatory compliance, IT/OT security measures, etc.
