Job Overview You will be performing either offensive or defensive tasks. Offensive IT: Introduction of various systems based on supply chain reform strategy, chain integration, visualization of demand/signs of fluctuations in the manufacturing site, and ROIC improvement through management innovation that quickly adjusts production, sales, and inventory, reform of business processes, redesign, and efficiency/labor saving of business processing, etc. Defensive IT: Stable operation and maintenance of operational systems owned by business divisions, factory IT infrastructure and applications, sophistication and value improvement through continuous improvement, user support (help desk), IT-BCP and IT control response (internal control), cloud lift/shift of operational systems, etc. Scope of change: Transfer to all operations Job details Offensive IT: Participation in multiple projects related to supply chain/engineering chain reform/redesign based on the digital strategy of the business division (as a PL or member) Defensive IT: Stable operation work such as ITSM (ITIL), IT-BCP formulation, IT control response (internal control), system updates, version upgrades, legal compliance, and IT/OT security measures for various operational systems
