Job Summary You will be tasked with either offensive or defensive duties. Offensive IT: Implement various systems and chain integration based on supply chain reform strategies, visualize and capture signs of fluctuations in demand and manufacturing sites, and implement management innovations to quickly adjust production, sales, and inventory to improve ROIC, reform business processes, redesign, and streamline and reduce workloads. Defensive IT: Stable operation and maintenance of operational systems owned by business divisions, factory IT infrastructure, and applications, continuous improvement to enhance sophistication and value provided, user support (help desk), IT-BCP and IT control response (internal controls), cloud lift/shifting of operational systems, etc. Scope of change: Possible transfer to all business operations. Job Details Offensive IT: Participate in multiple projects related to supply chain/engineering chain reform and redesign based on the business division's digital strategy (as a project leader or member). Defensive IT: Stable operation of various operational systems, including ITSM (ITIL), IT-BCP formulation, IT control response (internal controls), system updates, version upgrades, regulatory compliance, and IT/OT security measures.

We are looking for someone who can visualize the overall system, gather opinions from the business leader and various stakeholders, and lead the project toward its goals. Experience in web development using C#, ASP.Net, Java, etc.; experience in cloud lift/shifting on-premise systems Experience in building/operating BI (PowerBI, SONAR, Qlik, Tableau, etc.) Experience in designing/operating databases (Oracle, SQL Server) Experience in designing/operating IA servers (Windows, Linux) Experience in designing/operating cloud services (Azure, AWS, etc.) Experience in designing/operating IoT (equipment data integration, various devices) ●Language skills preferred Global communication skills, including English proficiency, to work in English with IT staff from overseas group companies

Work Location

Initial work location: Head office (Nagoya City) or Chita office (Handa City). Negotiable during selection process. No transfers for the time being.

Phd. Stating Salary

Graduate School (Master's) Graduate: ¥265,300 University Graduate: ¥245,300 High School Graduate: ¥183,900 *Actual salary will be determined in accordance with company regulations, taking into account experience, ability, etc.
