A major reward of working in this group is the opportunity to contribute to business expansion while continuously improving operations in close collaboration with the field. ▼Job Summary You will be responsible for the planning, development, operation, and improvement of business systems aimed at promoting DX (Digital Transformation) for various operations related to the HPC business. You will promote business-oriented IT measures in cooperation with various departments within the HPC business division, as well as the head office IT department. Scope of Change: Reassignment to all departments ▼Details of Duties • Organizing business requirements with each department of the HPC business unit, planning and promoting DX initiatives • Planning, designing, developing, operating, and improving business systems related to HPC products • IT infrastructure and IT security support in cooperation with the head office IT department (ICT Center) • Specification adjustments, progress management, and quality checks with vendors (system development vendors) • Planning, budget management, approval processes, and performance management for IT-related capital investments (servers, software, peripheral IT equipment, etc.) • Consideration and support for the introduction of new technologies and tools aimed at improving business efficiency and automation
