Work Detail
As the current infrastructure is not yet fully established, optimization is the primary focus. You will be responsible for managing, organizing, and implementing all internal IT resources, acting as an in-house IT consultant. * Understanding on-site operations, conducting needs research, and proposing improvements * Managing and organizing internal information resources * Overall security measures * Designing and managing internal infrastructure * Handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and optimizing internal PCs and networks * Database management * Improving operational efficiency through system integration * Ensuring compliance through documentation, legal rule development, and internal training * Planning and executing corporate IT strategies You will work in collaboration with employees in each department.
Ideal Profile
Required Skills • Knowledge and practical experience in database management, information security, and IT infrastructure (regardless of whether it's a business company or consulting firm) • Project management experience • Self-management skills and multitasking ability Preferred Skills • Communication in English • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field 【Ideal Candidate】 • Communication skills and teamwork • Problem-solving and analytical skills
Work Location
Based in Osaka; remote work is negotiable (applicants must be able to travel to Osaka or Hamamatsu).
