The System Engineer and IT Architect positions at Mamezo Co., Ltd. are roles within the Enterprise domain (Business Solutions Division). Your work will primarily involve providing upstream process support, development support, and consulting, including technical training, for the implementation and modernization of large-scale core systems for major companies such as financial institutions and trading companies. Initially, you will gain experience in system development as a programmer. As part of a team of Mamezo architects and consultants, you will gradually gain experience and choose your career path, such as IT architect, consultant, or tech lead, with the company supporting your choices.

Ideal Profile

This position is open to all faculties and departments, including vocational schools and technical colleges (regardless of academic background, humanities or science). We encourage applications from those who: - Want to acquire IT skills and support companies in promoting DX (Digital Transformation) - Want to work in an environment with a strong awareness of IT technology, where internal study sessions and technology dissemination are actively conducted - Want to solve problems not only with technology, but also by communicating with clients.

Work Location

You will work either at our Tokyo headquarters (Shinjuku) or remotely.

Phd. Stating Salary

Annual Salary System: The annual salary is divided into 12 monthly payments. * Doctoral Degree: ¥4,600,000 Base Salary: ¥310,000 + Fixed Overtime Pay: ¥73,334 = ¥383,334/month * Withdrawal from Doctoral Program after completing coursework without obtaining a doctoral degree: Annual Salary: ¥4,300,000 Base Salary: ¥290,000 + Fixed Overtime Pay: ¥68,334 = ¥358,334
