Job Description "Rewriting the future of business with technology." Upon joining the company, you will start your career as an "AI Consultant" or "AI Engineer," leading client transformations using AI and data utilization. This isn't simply about writing code. You will design the "mechanisms" from the ground up, how to solve clients' management challenges with technology, and lead projects that have a social impact. Ideal Profile
Required Experience and Qualifications While we welcome applicants from all academic backgrounds, including humanities and sciences, we are looking for candidates expected to graduate from a master's or doctoral program. What we especially look for in a PhD or postdoctoral fellow
This is for those expected to graduate from a master's or doctoral program. A salary table is set according to degree level: 4,600,000 yen per year for doctoral graduates (4,100,000 yen for master's graduates). *For those who have completed coursework for a doctoral program but have not yet obtained a doctorate, the annual salary is 4,300,000 yen.

Phd. Stating Salary
Annual salary system (annual salary divided into 12 monthly payments) * Doctoral degree holders: Annual salary 4,600,000 yen (basic salary 310,000 yen + fixed overtime pay 73,334 yen = 383,334 yen/month) * Master's degree holders: Annual salary 4,100,000 yen (basic salary 276,000 yen + fixed overtime pay 65,667 yen = 341,667 yen/month) * Fixed overtime pay covers 28.5 hours per month. Any hours exceeding this will be paid separately. * No bonus due to annual salary system (included in annual salary) * In the case of withdrawal from a doctoral program after completing coursework without obtaining a doctoral degree: Annual salary 4,300,000 yen (basic salary 290,000 yen + fixed overtime pay 68,334 yen = 358,334 yen)
