Request response This is engineering work to reflect user needs in software. We listen to the needs of car manufacturers' CAE engineers and provide feedback to BETA's development staff. User education We will give a lecture on how to use and operate CAE software for engineers at automobile manufacturers who have introduced it. help desk Respond to various inquiries from users regarding the software.
