CAE Support Engineer
Work Detail
You will be responsible for all aspects of pre-sales, support, and user education for the CAE software from BETA CAE Systems, which we handle. Specifically, your duties will include the following: Demonstrations for Potential Customers Pre-sales activities for product introduction to potential customers will include visiting automakers to give demos and presentations, and providing demos and technical explanations at booths at various exhibitions. Benchmarking Perform benchmark tests to compare performance for potential customers' pre-implementation considerations, or for existing customers' implementation in new fields. Request Response Engineering work to reflect user needs in the software. Interview automaker CAE engineers about their needs and provide feedback to BETA's development staff. User Education Provide instruction on how to use and operate CAE software to engineers at automakers who have implemented it. Help Desk Answer various software-related inquiries from users.
Ideal Profile
- Ability to read and understand English documents (comfortable researching English documents) - Majoring in Mechanical Engineering One of the following "preferred experiences": - Knowledge and work experience related to structural or CFD analysis - Conversational English proficiency - Programming experience
