CAE Support Engineer
Work Detail
We are looking for someone to handle all aspects of pre-sales, support, and user training for BETA CAE Systems' CAE software. Specifically, this will involve the following tasks: Providing demonstrations to potential customers: Conducting pre-sales activities for potential customers, such as visiting automotive manufacturers for demonstrations and presentations, or providing technical explanations at exhibition booths. Benchmarking: Conducting benchmark tests to compare performance for potential customers' pre-implementation evaluations or for existing customers' new applications. Request handling: Engineering work to incorporate user needs into the software. This involves gathering needs from CAE engineers at automotive manufacturers and providing feedback to BETA's development staff. User training: Providing lectures on usage and operation methods to engineers at automotive manufacturers who have implemented the CAE software. Help desk: Answering various software-related inquiries from users.
Ideal Profile
• Ability to read English documents (comfortable with researching English documents) • Major in Mechanical Engineering Candidates with one of the following "Preferred Experiences": • Knowledge or work experience related to structure or CFD analysis • Conversational English proficiency • Programming experience
