Technical Staff

We are seeking technical staff to proactively support the research and development of new technologies that will lead to our goal of "data-driven cell control," the acquisition of cellular big data, and the implementation of joint projects with other companies. If you're looking to expand your technical responsibilities and advance your career, why not join us? We expect you will be primarily responsible for the following experiments and lab environment maintenance: - Cell biology experiments (cell culture, passaging, cryopreservation, screening, cell sorting) - Molecular biology experiments (cDNA library preparation, next-generation sequencer and microplate reader operation) - Media preparation (reagent weighing, solution preparation) - Experiment-related documentation (SOP creation, contract and receipt organization, etc.) - Lab environment maintenance (daily equipment inspections, cleaning and tidying up, waste disposal, reagent and consumable inventory management and ordering, etc.) - Other (document delivery, receiving, etc.) Depending on your previous experience, you may also be responsible for research work related to cell culture and molecular biology (experimental system construction, etc.) Our research projects are divided into [A] in-house research projects and [B] joint research projects with other companies. [A] In-house research projects R&D on cell control technology that integrates single-cell, large-scale transcriptome analysis technology and cell culture optimization technology (Examples of research projects) - Research to improve the throughput of single-cell, large-scale transcriptome analysis technology by more than one order of magnitude compared to the current level - Research to build a micro-space cell culture system, a micro-medium preparation system, and a multifaceted cell evaluation system, thereby improving the current throughput of culture condition screening by more than two orders of magnitude - Research to develop a "multiple types of cell lines × Research to acquire genetic profile data and metadata for various cell states and promote the construction of our proprietary integrated database. Research to enhance core technologies through laboratory automation and significantly improve the data acquisition process. [B] Research projects conducted in collaboration with other companies. Collaborative and contract research with other companies in the fields of drug discovery and regenerative medicine utilizing our own technologies. (Examples of research projects) Phenotypic drug discovery and clinical biomarker discovery using single-cell and large-scale transcriptome data. Qualification marker discovery and optimization of culture conditions for cell medicines using single-cell and large-scale transcriptome technology. Specific job duties and scope of discretion will be explained during the interview. Depending on aptitude, you may be ordered to transfer to work specified by the company.
