Ideal Profile

Required Qualifications: Experience in library design and screening using one of the following evolutionary molecular engineering platforms (phages, yeast, mRNA, etc.) PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Protein/Antibody Engineering, Immunology, or a related field. 4+ years of wet lab experience Ability to communicate in English or Japanese as needed for work performance Preferred Qualifications: Practical experience in antibody engineering, such as synthetic antibody library design and antibody expression 0-3 years of experience in biopharmaceuticals after obtaining a PhD is a plus Experience with cell-free translation systems Experience with AKTA, ELISA, Biacore, and OCtet Experience with next-generation sequencing (NGS) Experience with bioinformatics, especially sequence analysis Business-level or higher English proficiency

Work Location

The work location will be either Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture or Meguro Ward, Tokyo.
