Job Summary You will be responsible for promoting research and development of new technologies that will lead to our company's goals of "data-driven cell control" and "data-driven drug discovery," as well as acquiring cellular big data. We are looking for researchers who are motivated to engage in a wide range of research and development, from basic to applied, and who can work together to promote the development and commercialization of technologies for the creation of new drugs and the practical application of regenerative medicine. Specifically: * Research to construct cell culture systems in microspaces, micro-culture medium preparation systems, and multifaceted cell evaluation systems, and to improve the culture condition screening throughput by more than two orders of magnitude from the current level. * Research on cell culture optimization technology that integrates single-cell and large-scale transcriptome analysis technology with the above cell culture screening technology. * "Multiple cell lines × Research to acquire gene profile data and metadata for various cell states and build our own integrated database - Research to enhance elemental technologies through laboratory automation and significantly improve the data acquisition process [Other ongoing research projects by our company] - In-house research to improve the quantitative and qualitative throughput of single-cell, large-scale transcriptome analysis technology, achieving efficiency by more than an order of magnitude from the current level - In-house technology development to expand data, such as the introduction of high-throughput technology for simultaneously measuring omics information other than transcriptome - In-house development of new single-cell, large-scale transcriptome analysis technology - Collaborative research with other companies (including academia) to conduct phenotypic drug discovery and clinical biomarker exploration using single-cell, large-scale transcriptome data - Collaborative research with other companies (including academia) to conduct quality marker exploration and cell culture condition optimization for cell-based pharmaceuticals Depending on aptitude, etc., you may be ordered to transfer to duties instructed by the company.
Ideal Profile
Required Skills Equivalent to a PhD in a science or engineering field Experience in all aspects of cell culture is required Furthermore, at least 5 years of research experience in one of the following areas: • Experience culturing multiple types of primary cultured cells and stem cells • High-throughput screening • Quantitative analysis of biomolecules • Solution chemistry, physical physics • Cell performance and quality evaluation (proliferation, titer/efficacy, differentiation induction ability, etc.) • Automation of biological experiments • Development of novel bio-experimental techniques Preferred Skills • Experience in constructing culture systems for rare cells • Transcriptome research • Omics research and analysis, including proteome, lipidome, and metabolome • Cell sorting skills for rare cells • Knowledge of statistical analysis, Bayesian optimization, experimental design, and quality engineering • Expertise in drug discovery and regenerative medicine • Team management skills • Programming • Patent application experience • Overseas research experience • Business-level English communication skills

Phd. Stating Salary
Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, age, etc. (annual salary of 6 million yen or more), annual salary increase, overtime pay.
