Work Detail
The research structure is divided into two areas: "product development research" and "fundamental technology research." A "network-type operation" is employed, where both areas collaborate on research in various combinations depending on the issue. Product development research involves research related to product launch and improvement, in close cooperation with the business unit (marketing and product development) that oversees product brands. Fundamental technology research focuses on fundamental technologies that support products, such as materials, analysis, and production technology.

Starting salaries are set according to the doctoral degree holder category (322,800 yen for doctoral degree holders).

Starting Salary Doctorate: ¥322,800 Master's Degree: ¥284,900 Bachelor's Degree: ¥264,400 Technical College Graduate: ¥225,900 High School/Vocational School (2-year program) Graduate: ¥204,500 Salary Increase: Once a year / Bonus: Three times a year (June, December, March)
