Technical Generalist Positions (Spring Entry)
Work Detail
Responsible for development at the Advanced Technology Research Institute, Materials Fusion Research Institute, and Production Technology Department, this role involves conducting fundamental research on products not yet on the market, developing production processes, and developing products, thereby establishing the core technologies that underpin AGC's business. In addition to cross-disciplinary development that transcends glass, chemistry, and electronics, this role extends beyond materials development within the research institute to include interviews with future customers and marketing activities. *AGC's technical recruitment uses a "department/job-specific recruitment" system, where positions are advertised by job type. Candidates are assigned to positions such as Research and Development, Product Development, Plant Engineering, Production Technology, Quality Assurance, and Digital Innovation, based on their expertise and preferences.
Ideal Profile
