Ideal Profile

[Eligibility Requirements] Applicants must be expected to graduate (complete) a four-year or six-year university undergraduate program, or a master's or doctoral program by March 2028. [Recommended Subject Areas] Chemistry (organic, polymer, biology, etc.) and other chemistry-related majors. [Open Company Participation Requirements] Applicants must be expected to complete a master's or doctoral program by March 2028. *This includes students in their fifth year or higher at six-year universities.

What we especially look for in a PhD or postdoctoral fellow

The application requirements explicitly state that applicants must be expected to complete a doctoral program at a graduate school. The participation requirements for the technology-focused open company program also state that applicants must be "expected to complete a master's or doctoral program by March 2028."
