Ideal Profile
Applicants must be expected to graduate from a technical college's advanced course, university, or graduate school in March or September 2027 (applicants must be within 3 years of their final academic qualification). Starting salary (as of April 2026): Doctoral degree: 352,500 yen, Master's degree: 316,000 yen, Bachelor's degree: 295,000 yen

Selection Flow
For school recommendations: Attend company information sessions and web seminars → Obtain school recommendation → Submit aptitude test (SPI), web entry sheet, and application documents → Pre-matching (interactive AI interview) → Final matching (in-person individual interview) → Provisional job offer. For open applications, the process is similar but the school recommendation step is omitted.
