We promote the development of foundational technologies that support products, services, and solutions from both a materials and analytical technology perspective (basic materials research). We are responsible for developing material compounding design technologies, aiming to achieve "unrivaled performance" (tire materials development).

Ideal Profile

Applicants must be expected to graduate (complete their studies) from a university undergraduate, master's, or doctoral program, or a technical college in March 2027, as well as graduates who have graduated earlier and wish to be employed under the same framework as new graduates. Technical fields of study include: Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Metallurgy, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, Information Technology, and Industrial Engineering.

What we especially look for in a PhD or postdoctoral fellow

Starting salary: Bachelor's degree: 310,000 yen, Master's degree: 345,000 yen, Doctoral degree: 385,600 yen (excluding allowances)
