Work Detail

・Responsible for non-clinical drug development as part of a drug discovery project (developing polymeric drugs using molecular biology, etc.) ・Researching and proposing new themes and drug discovery basic technologies ・Collaborating with internal and external parties involved in drug discovery projects Our platform for logically designing and synthesizing compounds by analyzing a large amount of evaluation data, such as pharmacological activity, protein three-dimensional structure, pharmacokinetics, and physical properties, is among the best in the industry. We have a work environment that allows for close communication with members with high technical skills, and together with our colleagues in the group, we aim to create groundbreaking pharmaceuticals that are unlike anything else in the world.

Ideal Profile

・Able to take an overall view of mid- to long-term issues and implement concrete solutions while mobilizing those around them. ・Able to demonstrate leadership by being cooperative and influencing those around you in a positive manner. ・Able to persevere in solving problems. ・Research experience in molecular biology (especially protein structural analysis) ・English proficiency (must be comfortable with English)
