- Responsible for preclinical drug development as part of a drug discovery project (e.g., utilizing molecular biology to develop polymeric drugs) - Research and propose new themes and fundamental drug discovery technologies - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders involved in drug discovery projects Our industry-leading platform for logical compound design and synthesis analyzes a wide range of evaluation data, including pharmacological activity, protein structure, pharmacokinetics, and physical properties. Ideal Profile

- Ability to take a bird's-eye view of medium- to long-term issues and implement concrete solutions while mobilizing others. - Demonstrates leadership skills and is collaborative and proactive in influencing others. - Persistent problem-solving skills. - Research experience in molecular biology (especially protein structural analysis) - English proficiency (comfortable in English)
