Work Detail

This position involves comprehensively promoting research and development, including the design, synthesis, evaluation, and mass production technology study of new and existing materials, as well as collaboration with internal members and communication with customers. • Material design and research plan development • Synthesis method development and process optimization • Functional evaluation, physical property evaluation, and improvement of evaluation methods • Mass production technology and manufacturing method development • Application exploration and applied research based on customer needs • Project promotion and interdepartmental coordination • Creation of proposal materials and presentations for internal and external audiences This position offers a highly autonomous environment unique to a startup company, allowing you to challenge yourself to solve social issues through the research and development of new materials. Previous experience working at a startup company or knowledge of MOFs is not required. We welcome individuals with a challenging spirit who want to "actively participate in research themes and technical decisions" and "experience the sense of accomplishment and responsibility of connecting their research results to social implementation as businesses and products."

Ideal Profile

Required Qualifications * Applicants must have majored in one of the following fields at a university or graduate school: Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Coordination Chemistry, Coordination Chemistry, Catalytic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Electrochemistry, Computational Science, Chemical Engineering * Applicants must have research experience in one of the following areas at a university or company: Functional Materials, Chemical Products, Materials Development Preferred Qualifications * Applicants must be able to formulate hypotheses, plan, and conduct experiments and verifications independently. * Applicants must be eager to learn about and challenge themselves with new technologies and materials. * Applicants must be able to collaborate with members from different specialized fields and with clients, advancing research and development while articulating the technology. * Applicants must not be fixated on their own knowledge and experience, but rather respect and flexibly incorporate the expertise and perspectives of others. * Applicants must be able to turn differences of opinion into positive discussions and constructively reach consensus. * Applicants must not stop thinking about problems without answers and enjoy the process of trial and error.

Expected annual salary: ¥5,000,000 - ¥9,000,000 Bonus: 3 times a year Salary increase: 1 time a year Includes fixed overtime allowance, commuting allowance, and housing allowance.
