Work Detail

As an optical design engineer, you will be responsible for the optical design of lasers, and software development and design of laser and measurement systems using LabVIEW etc. Using various design tools, you will aim to achieve your goals through repeated testing and evaluation. You will also be an early member of joint development with external collaboration partners.

Ideal Profile

Required skills Interest in laser fusion Experience in laser optical design using optical software Experience in software design using laser and measurement systems such as LabVIEW Preferred skills Master's degree or higher in science or engineering, or research experience at a university or research institute (including private institutions)

Mechanical design engineer for satellite optical systems

We develop payload equipment and satellites for the Space Debris Removal Project, which uses lasers to remotely control the attitude and orbit of space objects (debris), and the Satellite LiDAR Project, which uses lasers from satellites to observe the Earth's surface. In addition, work specific to the space field (thermal control systems, environmental testing, etc.) that is not required for ground equipment development will be carried out with the support of engineers with over 30 years of satellite development experience, so no experience is required.
