Work Detail
- Developing industrial applications for lasers as a Business Development Manager - Managing the development process of various components necessary for some laser nuclear fusion - Selecting and promoting the prioritization of R&D components - Securing sales contracts for developed components and managing patent licensing agreements - Developing new businesses and building relationships domestically and internationally - Acquiring new customers and projects that fit the company's overall strategy - Planning and developing solutions in collaboration with the product team - Identifying client challenges and considering technical solutions with technical members - Modeling the optimal business, creating proposals, and translating them into contracts - Project delivery
Ideal Profile
Required Skills * A skill set and mindset to smoothly communicate with internal and external stakeholders (clients, technical members, etc.) to create new businesses and to lead and bring those ideas to fruition. * Technical-level knowledge of nuclear fusion and plasma is not required at the application stage. You will catch up on this knowledge after joining the company. * Our team consists of members from diverse backgrounds, not limited to science and engineering, who leverage each other's strengths to excel. Desired Candidate Profile Someone who resonates with our company's vision and mission.
Work Location
Based in Osaka; remote work is negotiable (applicants must be able to travel to Osaka or Hamamatsu).
