・Development of industrial applications for lasers as a business development manager ・Management of the development process of various components necessary for some laser fusion ・Selection and promotion of priorities for R&D components ・Obtaining sales contracts for developed components and managing patent license contracts ・Cultivate new business and build relationships both domestically and internationally ・Acquisition of new customers and projects that fit company-wide strategy ・Planning solutions in collaboration with product team ・Identify client issues and consider technical solutions with technical members ・Modeling optimal business, creating proposals, incorporating them into contracts ・Project delivery

Required skills ・In order to create new business, the skill set and mindset to take the lead and give shape to smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders (client side, technical members, etc.) *An engineer-level knowledge of nuclear fusion and plasma is not required at the application stage.
