Work Detail
・Developing industrial applications for lasers as a business development manager ・Managing the development process for various components required for some laser nuclear fusion ・Selecting and promoting the priorities of R&D components ・Acquiring sales contracts for components to be developed, and managing patent license contracts ・Developing new businesses and building relationships both domestically and internationally ・Acquiring new customers and projects that fit the company's overall strategy ・Planning solutions in collaboration with the product team ・Identifying client issues and considering technical solutions together with technical members ・Modeling optimal business, creating proposals, and incorporating them into contracts ・Project delivery
Ideal Profile
Required skills - The skills and mindset to smoothly communicate with internal and external stakeholders (clients, technical members, etc.) and take the lead in creating new businesses. *Engineer-level knowledge of nuclear fusion and plasma is not required at the application stage. You will be asked to catch up after joining. *We have members with a variety of backgrounds, not just science backgrounds, and we work together to make the most of each other's strengths.
