・Developing industrial applications for lasers as a business development manager ・Managing the development process for various components required for some laser fusion ・Selecting and promoting the prioritization of R&D components ・Acquiring sales contracts for developed components and managing patent license contracts ・Developing new businesses and building relationships both domestically and internationally ・Acquiring new customers and projects that fit the company's overall strategy ・Planning solutions in collaboration with the product team ・Identifying client issues and exploring technical solutions with technical members ・Modeling optimal business opportunities, creating proposals, and translating them into contracts ・Project delivery
Ideal Profile
Required Skills - The skills and mindset to smoothly communicate with internal and external stakeholders (clients, technical team members, etc.) and take the lead in creating new business. *Engineer-level knowledge of nuclear fusion or plasma is not required at the time of application. You will be required to acquire this knowledge after joining the company. *Our team includes members with diverse backgrounds, not just science backgrounds, and we leverage each other's strengths to thrive. Osaka base, remote work available upon request (those who can travel to Osaka or Hamamatsu)
