This is a highly responsible and rewarding position where you will drive clients' DX (Digital Transformation) initiatives through your technical expertise. [Responsibilities] As a core member of our advanced AI development department, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from client work to strengthening internal technical capabilities. 1. Solution Development and Consulting Utilizing Large-Scale Language Models ❖ System and Product Development (Design, Implementation, and Development Management) ・You will be responsible for the entire AI development process, from data collection and processing to model selection, training, and evaluation, and deployment to on-premise and cloud environments. ・Project Examples: Research and development support for traffic safety using VLM, performance improvement of RAG systems for financial institutions ❖ Generative AI Utilization Consulting (Requirements Definition and Project Management) ・You will listen to customer challenges and provide technical support for the utilization of generative AI as a DX promotion partner. * Project Example: Supporting the Use of Generative AI in Financial Institutions 2. Ideal Profile

Required Skills • Development experience using Python and machine learning libraries such as PyTorch • Experience in developing large-scale language models such as LLM and VLM, including at least one of the following: ① Experience in algorithm, product, and system development in projects utilizing large-scale language models (proposal, design, implementation, development management) ② Experience in performance improvement of large-scale language models (data creation, RAG, fine tuning, prompt engineering, speed optimization/lightweighting, accuracy/performance evaluation) ③ Experience in building systems including large-scale language models (on-premise and cloud environments) • Knowledge and development experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) • Experience in team development using version control tools (Git) • Experience in technical communication and technical proposals with sales teams and clients Preferred Skills • Knowledge and development experience in image processing (image recognition AI, classical image processing) • Experience in deploying and operating machine learning models • Knowledge and experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes • Experience in database design and operation (SQL/NoSQL) • Ability to read and communicate technical documents in English • Ability to keep up with the latest research papers and technology trends and apply them to practical work Desired Candidate Profile • High problem-solving ability: Ability to analyze complex problems and find effective solutions. • Proactive: Ability to proactively learn new technologies and knowledge and actively contribute to projects. • Team player: Ability to cooperate within a team and work while effectively communicating with other members. • Flexible: Ability to flexibly adapt to rapidly changing technological environments and project requirements. • Customer-oriented: Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions that meet them.
