Work Detail

Experimental work focused on scale-up and production development in industrial bioprocess development. Main duties: Research and development related to productivity improvement, scale-up, and purification method development in bioprocesses. Research and understanding of relevant research papers, etc. Development of next experimental ideas and plans based on analysis of results.

Ideal Profile

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher - Candidates with equivalent abilities to a Master's degree in one of the following fields: - Biotechnology, synthetic biology, molecular biology, agricultural chemistry, enzymology, microbiology, etc. Two or more years of experience in development related to production technology at a chemical or pharmaceutical company, etc. Ability to gather and disseminate the latest knowledge and information Enthusiasm and enthusiasm for bioproduction Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge and experience in genetic engineering Experience in microbial culture Research and development experience in bioproduction systems (fermentation/enzymatic methods) Experience in acquiring/analyzing data during culture Experience in gene sequence analysis/design Experience in enzyme manufacturing development Experience in studies ranging from test tube level to pilot level studies of several hundred liters Experience in handing over to scale-up studies Experience in development related to raw material supply, production technology, and manufacturing equipment Knowledge and experience in continuous production (continuous purification, etc.)
