■ Job Description: Promoting projects focused on research and development of agricultural nitrogen fertilizers, biostimulants, or aquaculture feeds using photosynthetic bacterial products; securing competitive funding; collaborative research; patent applications/securing rights, etc. ■ Scope of Responsibilities: • All tasks necessary for the smooth execution of duties within the R&D department • Collaboration and coordination with the CEO/CTO management team • Collaboration and coordination with stakeholders such as external research institutions, partner companies, and funding providers

Ideal Profile

We are looking for candidates who hold a PhD in a bio-related field (microbiology, plant science, soil science, life science, polymer science, fisheries science, etc.) and have experience in one of the following areas: * Research and development experience in culture and substance production using microorganisms * Research and development experience in molecular biology * Research experience in plant and soil science, including field trials * Research and development experience in photosynthetic organisms and fertilizers is a plus We are looking for candidates who are: * Proactive * Proactive * Excellent at teamwork * As a member of a startup company, willing to work with initiative and enthusiasm

¥4,000,000 - ¥8,000,000 Annual Salary Model Examples: Scientist - ¥400,000/month x 12 months = ¥4,800,000/year Senior Scientist - ¥500,000/month x 12 months = ¥6,000,000/year [Monthly Salary] ¥330,000 - ¥500,000 (Determined based on experience and ability) [Transportation Allowance] Provided (within specified limits) [Stock Options] Eligible for granting based on the system after the necessary regulations are established.
