The Social Design Division is engaged in designing (designing) the ideal form of social infrastructure (social) from the perspective of the people, through repeated hypothesis testing and verification, in areas such as "decarbonization," "renewable energy," "hydrogen energy," and "smart cities." As an example, we have numerous ongoing projects addressing social and private company challenges, including ideation, strategy formulation, and implementation support for new business creation involving industry, government, and academia, as well as project management aimed at policy recommendations and deregulation. Beyond basic research and information organization, we involve many stakeholders in project planning, including structurally understanding social issues and creating visions and scenarios, as well as project design that takes into account interpersonal relationships, bottlenecks, and risks. Phd. Stating Salary

¥5,000,000 and up (Monthly salary: ¥285,714 and up) *Overtime pay will be calculated monthly in 1-minute increments and paid the following month based on actual hours worked. *Preferential treatment will be given based on experience and ability. *Separate housing allowance system available (within 3km of the office: ¥40,000/month)
