E-Solutions is not a consulting firm, but a company that produces new businesses that balance social problem solving and client profit maximization. The Social Design Division is engaged in designing social infrastructure from the consumer's perspective in areas such as decarbonization, renewable energy, hydrogen energy, and smart cities, by repeatedly creating hypotheses and verifying them. As an example, we are currently working on numerous projects that address social issues and private sector challenges, such as ideation, strategy formulation, and implementation support for new business creation involving industry, government, and academia, and project management for policy proposals and deregulation. We will not only conduct basic research and organize information, but will also involve many stakeholders in business planning that structurally captures social issues and draws visions and scenarios, and project design that takes into account human relationships and bottlenecks in project promotion and risks, and will involve many stakeholders, even young people, with discretion and responsibility. ■Proposal activities for the spread of new charging infrastructure that balances EV shift and carbon neutrality (Drawing and promoting business plans with multiple stakeholders from industry, government, and academia, mainly automotive-related and infrastructure companies) Ex) Wireless charging while driving. Phd. Stating Salary

5 million yen and up (monthly salary: 285,714 yen and up) *Payment for overtime work is based on performance in 1-minute increments and paid the following month *Preferential treatment based on experience and ability *Additional subsidy for nearby housing (within 3km of the office: 40,000 yen/month)
