【overview】 Towards a decarbonized society in the off-road field, the Yanmar Group aims to develop hydrogen, etc. for a variety of applications, including mobility fields such as ships, agricultural machinery, and construction machinery, and stationary facilities fields such as generators and air conditioners. You will be in charge of research and development regarding utilization technology of decarbonized fuel (CF/CN fuel). [Responsible duties] (1) Research and development on the selection of CF/CN fuels that can be used in the operating environment of each application, as well as energy storage, energy reforming, energy conversion, exhaust after-treatment, etc. according to the fuel. Ideal Profile
Eligibility for application [One required] ①Process engineering/reaction engineering field...about 3 years Skills to control the heat and fluid that act on the target fuel, change the state of the fuel in accordance with equipment requirements, and rationally convert energy into work (shaft power, heat, electric power) ② Fuel cell selection/evaluation skills...about 3 years Knowledge of fuel cells, which are socially expected as a hydrogen energy conversion technology, and practical experience in selection/evaluation ③Knowledge of decarbonization trends in the energy field...about 3 years Those who have a certain level of understanding of the global players involved in the utilization of CF/CN fuels and their trends, and are familiar with information that contributes to decarbonization-related strategy planning. 【welcome】 ◎Persons with a doctoral degree, professional engineer, or energy management qualification [Required industry experience] Practical experience at a research and development site. In addition, it is a plus if you have experience in strategic planning.
