Work Detail

We are currently collaborating with global companies such as oil major Shell to develop a new business model: a general-purpose drone that will bring innovation to various industrial fields, including inspection and mining. We plan to expand overseas to countries such as the United States, Australia, and Saudi Arabia in the future, and are looking for a hardware engineer to accelerate development so that we can quickly roll out our product globally and revolutionize industries. You will also collaborate with the engineering team at our Dutch subsidiary, and be involved in end-to-end product development. You will also maintain close communication between the business side, which is on the front lines of overseas expansion, and the inspection service team, which operates the product developed in the field, to create products that are truly valuable to our customers. Specific job duties are as follows: - Formulate specifications that meet customer needs through communication with the business side and others. - Design and development of drone modules. - Research and apply technologies that bring innovation to customers. - Close ties with the business side enable development based on customer value. - On-site service teams enable fast implementation of developed content and subsequent improvements. - Ability to participate in product development across the entire process, from hardware design (mechanical/electrical), to embedded systems (microcontroller/ROS), and applications (Windows/Linux/Web). - Ability to collaborate with overseas subsidiary engineering teams. - Product developments developed through your own initiative will be deployed overseas, resulting in significant social impact.

Ideal Profile

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria: [Robotics] ・MUST Drone or robot development experience Design: 1+ years of experience designing components using CAD software Manufacturing: Experience using 3D printers, CNC milling machines, etc., and the ability to manufacture designed components using any manufacturing method Circuitry: Ability to perform basic measurements using soldering, multimeters, and various measuring instruments Embedded circuitry experience using Arduino, etc. ・WANT Drone development experience using open-source firmware (Ardupilot/PX4) [Mechanical] ・MUST Design: 1+ years of experience designing simple components using CAD software Manufacturing: Experience using 3D printers, CNC milling machines, etc., and the ability to manufacture designed components using any manufacturing method [Electrical] ・MUST Electronics level: Ability to perform simple measurements using soldering, testers, oscilloscopes, etc. ・WANT Circuit design: 1+ years of experience designing simple circuits and outsourcing them

Mechanical design engineer for satellite-mounted optical systems

We are looking for a mechanical design engineer for lasers and optical systems, which are key components of the Mission Department. Specific job duties are as follows: - Design, evaluation, verification, and testing of laser oscillator housing structures that can withstand launch and space environments (mechanical environmental testing, thermal vacuum testing, etc.) - Design, evaluation, verification, and testing of optical component holding mechanisms/structures that can withstand launch and space environments (mechanical environmental testing, thermal environmental testing, etc.) - Work with thermal design engineers to design and verify heat dissipation/insulation structures and systems - Development support for instrumentation systems (wiring, etc.) - Design and development of jigs and other components related to the assembly, evaluation, and testing of mission components, including lasers, and launch preparation Note: We welcome those who wish to gain experience in or master laser development through consultation with engineers with over 20 years of laser development experience. In addition, work specific to the space field (thermal control systems, environmental testing, etc.) that is not required for ground equipment development will be carried out with the support of engineers with over 30 years of satellite development experience, so no experience is required.
