We are currently developing a new business in collaboration with global companies such as the oil major Shell, focusing on general-purpose drones that will bring innovation to various industrial sectors, including inspection and mining. We plan to expand to overseas countries such as the United States, Australia, and Saudi Arabia, and are seeking hardware engineers to accelerate development in order to quickly deploy our product globally and revolutionize industries. You will collaborate with the engineering team of our subsidiary in the Netherlands, participating in product development from start to finish. You will maintain close communication with the business side, which is leading overseas expansion, and the inspection service team that operates the developed products in the field, to create products that truly provide value to our customers. Specific job duties are as follows: - Defining specifications that meet customer needs through communication with the business side, etc. - Designing and developing drone modules - Researching and applying technologies that bring innovation to customers - Close proximity to the business side, enabling development based on customer value - Having a field service team, enabling a rapid cycle of on-site implementation of developed content and improvement based on that feedback - Opportunity to be involved in product development from start to finish, including hardware design (mechanical/electrical), embedded systems (microcontroller/ROS), and applications (Windows/Linux/Web) - Opportunity to collaborate with overseas subsidiary engineering teams - The opportunity to see products you developed deployed overseas, creating a significant social impact

Ideal Profile

Applicants must meet one of the following criteria: [Robotics] ・MUST Experience in drone or robot development Design work: 1 year or more of experience designing components using CAD software Manufacturing work: Experience using 3D printers, CNC milling machines, etc., and the ability to manufacture designed components using any manufacturing method Circuit work: Basic measurement skills using soldering, multimeters, and various measuring instruments Experience with embedded systems such as Arduino ・WANT Experience developing drones using open-source firmware (Ardupilot/PX4) [Mechanical Engineering] ・MUST Design work: 1 year or more of experience designing simple components using CAD software Manufacturing work: Experience using 3D printers, CNC milling machines, etc., and the ability to manufacture designed components using any manufacturing method [Electrical Engineering] ・MUST Electronics skills: Basic measurement skills using soldering, testers, oscilloscopes, etc. ・WANT Circuit design work: 1 year or more of experience designing simple circuits and being able to outsource the work
