Currently, we are collaborating with global companies such as oil major Shell to develop a new business, a general-purpose drone that will bring innovation to various industrial fields such as inspection and mining. We plan to expand to overseas countries such as the United States, Australia, and Saudi Arabia in the future, and are looking for a hardware engineer to accelerate development in order to quickly deploy products globally and reform the industry. You will also collaborate with the engineering team of our Dutch subsidiary and be involved in product development from start to finish. You will communicate closely with the business side that is on the front lines of overseas expansion and the inspection service team that operates the products developed in the field, and create products that are truly valuable to customers. Specific job duties are as follows. ・Formulation of specifications based on customer needs through communication with the business side, etc. ・Design and development of drone modules ・Technology research and application that brings innovation to customers - Close to the business side, development based on value to customers is possible - We have an on-site service team, and the cycle of on-site implementation of developed content and improvements based on that is fast - Ability to be involved in product development from start to finish, from hardware design (mechanical/electrical), embedded (microcontroller/ROS), and application (Windows/Linux/Web) - Ability to collaborate with overseas subsidiary engineering teams - Product developed by you will be deployed overseas, making a big social impact

Ideal Profile

Those who fit any of the following areas [Robotics] ・MUST Experience developing drones or robots Design work: 1 year or more, designing parts using CAD software Manufacturing work: Experience using 3D printers, CNC cutting machines, etc., can manufacture designed parts using any manufacturing method Circuit work: Able to perform basic measurements using soldering, multimeters, various measuring instruments, etc. Embedded experience such as Arduino ・WANT Experience developing drones using open source firmware (Ardupilot/PX4) [Machinery] ・MUST Design work: 1 year or more, designing simple parts using CAD software Manufacturing work: Experience using 3D printers, CNC cutting machines, etc., can manufacture designed parts using any manufacturing method [Electrical] ・MUST Electronics level: Able to perform simple measurements using soldering, testers, oscilloscopes, etc. ・WANT Circuit design work: 1 year or more, able to design simple circuits and outsource

Satellite Laser Development Engineer

Mechanical design engineer for satellite optical systems

We are looking for a mechanical design engineer for lasers and optical systems, which are key components of the Mission Department. Specific job duties are as follows: - Design, evaluation, verification, and testing of laser oscillator housing structure that can withstand launch and space environment (mechanical environment test, thermal vacuum test, etc.) - Design, evaluation, verification, and testing of optical component holding mechanism/structure that can withstand launch and space environment (mechanical environment test, thermal environment test, etc.) - Design and verify heat exhaust/insulation structure and system together with thermal design engineers - Development support for instrumentation system (wiring, etc.) - Design and development work for jigs related to assembly, evaluation testing, and launch preparation of mission parts including lasers Note: We welcome those who want to gain experience in laser development or want to master it through consultation with support from engineers with over 20 years of experience in laser development.
