Ideal Profile
Required skills ・Over half a year of practical level development experience in Python ・A track record of analyzing image data and signal data ・Development experience related to image analysis, machine learning, and deep learning ┗The environment does not matter, such as work at a general company, research at a university, self-study, etc. ・Reading ability of machine learning and image processing related papers (in English) ・Ability to define requirements that satisfy internal and external stakeholders ・Communication skills ┗Ability to explain technical content to clients in simple language ┗For those whose native language is not Japanese, Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 or equivalent Japanese proficiency welcome skills ・Experience in developing machine learning data utilization infrastructure ・Knowledge from a wide perspective and experience in machine learning in general, not just deep learning ・Experience in developing data analysis software for various modalities ┗Digital cameras, optical microscopes, electron microscopes, security cameras, drones, radiation, MRI, CT, echo, etc. ・Knowledge and experience in life sciences ┗ Molecular biology, cytology, anatomy, physiology, pathology, ecology, genetics, etc., regardless of animals, plants or humans ・Working level knowledge and experience in multiple programming languages ・Extensive knowledge of computer science and programming ・Medical knowledge, especially radiological images, MRI, CT data, and practical knowledge in medical settings ・Master's degree/PhD degree in natural science field ・Related papers and conference presentations The person you are looking for ・People with a strong interest in life sciences (pharmaceuticals and medical care) ・Those who have logical thinking ability and can organize the work to be done and how to do it on their own and carry it out on their own. ・Able to cooperate with members and solve problems through positive discussions
Work Location

Phd. Stating Salary
Annual salary system: 6 million yen to 10 million yen *Includes discretionary labor allowance of 2 hours per day x 21 days *If the scheduled number of working days in a month is 22 or more, an additional 2 hours worth of discretionary labor allowance will be paid per day. *Late-night allowance will be paid if you work between 10pm and 5am the next morning. *Determined according to our company regulations, taking into account experience, ability, skills, etc., so it may change.
