Work Detail
[Responsibilities of the Position] You will be responsible for developing machine learning algorithms to solve domain challenges in order to achieve the mission.
In addition to the practical development of machine learning technologies for use in the next-generation mobility field, you will also work with leaders to identify technical challenges and plan solutions.
*This position is for an engineer in the AI Development Department, which primarily handles contract development projects.

Ideal Profile
Required Skills • Master's degree in a science or engineering field or equivalent experience • Knowledge of applying machine learning techniques, primarily deep learning, to one or more real-world data sources such as images, point clouds, or audio, and at least two years of practical experience (including graduate school research experience) • Ability to implement various deep learning and machine learning methods from scratch • Native Japanese speaker or equivalent Japanese proficiency (N1 or higher) Preferred Skills • Doctoral degree in a science or engineering field • Experience in domain applications of machine learning techniques • Experience in team development, including code review and task management • Knowledge and skills in image processing, computer vision, and computer graphics • Experience in efficient experiment management using computer clusters • Raspberry Pi Experience developing on edge devices such as Pi Desired Candidate Profile - Ability to embody Idein's values - Ability to independently identify and solve technical challenges - Ability to plan by working backward from the goal before starting work - Strong curiosity and enjoy learning new things, even in areas not previously worked on - Ability to summarize information accurately and concisely in documents as a tool for information sharing and consensus building - Ability to communicate professionally both internally and externally
