▼Role of an AI Research Engineer Our company delivers technology solutions in the brain healthcare field, covering all health phases from pre-onset to post-onset. We plan and develop a wide range of products, from data platforms that encourage preventative behaviors among healthy users (consumers) to medical device programs (SaMD) that deliver timely and appropriate medical services before and after the onset of dementia. As a young venture, our ability to deliver diverse products that solve societal problems through technology is solely due to the contributions of each member who shares our vision. We believe that the AI Research Engineer will play a crucial role in further accelerating our business, building upon what we have accumulated since our founding. The main role of the AI Research Engineer is to lead the research and development of image processing technologies necessary to solve medical challenges. In particular, the use of machine learning is considered promising in the field of brain image processing. We expect you to select the optimal image processing technology from the latest knowledge in image processing, including machine learning, and to take the technical lead in both the research and product development phases. ▼Specific Job Responsibilities [Immediately after hiring] - Development of image processing technology using machine learning to solve clinical problems - Technical leadership in collaborative research and product commercialization projects - Implementation of image processing engines in prototype software and programmed medical devices, and design and evaluation of evaluation methods [Scope of Changes] All duties as defined by the company
Ideal Profile

Phd. Stating Salary
Expected annual income: 6 million to 9 million yen Monthly salary: 420,000 yen to 750,000 yen (Breakdown) Basic salary: 310,751 yen to 554,913 yen Deemed overtime pay for 45 hours: 109,249 yen to 195,087 yen *Fixed overtime hours are 45 hours/month; any hours exceeding this will be paid separately.
