[Job Summary]
■ About the Role of the AI Integration Group
The AI Integration Group (hereinafter, "the Group") is the core organization that drives development, operation, technology infrastructure standardization, and organizational development in our AI contract development business and AI product business.
The Group works closely with the AI Technology Development Group, sales department, and design team, connecting internal and external resources and functioning as a "cross-functional hub" to maximize business value. As a nexus where "technology x business" intersects, it plays a crucial role in shaping the future of our company.
The Group currently focuses its activities on the following five main areas:
■ Main Functions of the Group
① Contract AI System Development
Planning and promotion support for projects that consider the entire system lifecycle from development to operation, and process improvement through PM standardization, etc.
Depending on the project, members of this department participate as PM/PL and directly manage the project.
Promoting web application development centered on FastAPI / Next.js, cloud environment construction and operation, and scalability and security design.
② AI Product Planning and Development
Lead the technical strategy planning, architecture design and development, and technical verification of products utilizing generative AI.
③ Technical Collaboration with Internal and External Stakeholders
Collaborate with customers, sales, technical departments, and customer success to drive business development that maximizes customer value.
④ AI Infrastructure Construction
Design, build, and standardize the technical infrastructure supporting continuously evolving systems and products, including AI inference infrastructure, API infrastructure, logging infrastructure, and CI/CD.
⑤ Internal Technical Standardization and Service Operation Management
Lead the standardization of technologies used within the company to improve operational efficiency. Also, manage services used within the company (cloud, GitHub, and many others).
■ Specific Job Responsibilities
In this position, as a project manager for the group responsible for system development and technical standardization, you will primarily be responsible for the following tasks in collaboration with the R&D Manager, Deputy Manager, and other group managers.
* Lead and manage a project team of 5 or more members.
* Collaborate with sales members to understand client needs and propose AI development projects.
* Oversee and manage the status of multiple projects (approximately 5) managed by on-site leaders.
(Example: Resource allocation of people, materials, and money; decision-making regarding delegation/intervention in project management tasks.)
* As a project manager, develop and operate the infrastructure and platform for AI systems and products.
* Negotiate with clients and manage schedules for contracted projects.
* We expect you to be able to review deliverables at the design level and, depending on the situation, also be able to handle coding tasks.

Ideal Profile

Phd. Stating Salary
Annual Salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥11,000,000 Includes fixed overtime pay * Base Salary: ¥417,800 - ¥766,367 * Fixed Overtime Pay: ¥82,200 - ¥150,300 (for 25 hours) * Overtime exceeding this amount will be paid separately.
